Some groomers specialize in one type of dog verses another, but we have had both short haired larger dogs and fast growing hair with small dogs, and I can confidently say that they all receive the best quality treatments for their hair type. Two of my dogs have had anxiety and they work so patiently with them and always treat them with the utmost kindness. On another note, we are not cat owners, but I know the owner, Jennifer, has gone through rigorous training to be a certified cat groomer. She was prompt - apologizing profusely for being 3 minutes late to a confusing address. She got along great with my nervous dog. She treated him carefully and well, allowing him to become comfortable with being treated that way. He was a little nervous about the manipulation, so she took her time, not rushing him, and letting him settle down between adjustments. I have taken another dog to a chiropractic vet before, and he was not nearly as caring of my dog, or careful with him. My dog was so much more comfortable because he was being treated in his own home. And riding in the car can be painful, and this way he didn't have to go through that.

The cut is uneven, particularly around her face, which appears choppy and not well blended. Her paws were also not cleaned up to the standard I expected. The areas of greatest concern are her armpit and belly, which were shaved extremely close. Her skin appeared irritated afterward, and there is a small area on her belly that looks consistent with a minor nick from the blade. I spoke with management to address these concerns and am currently requesting a refund based on the result and condition of the grooming. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service provided. If you have a long-haired or double-coated breed, I recommend clearly confirming grooming expectations in advance.
