Our dog has been going to Williamsburg for all her grooming. Lisa does a fabulous job! Lucy looks perfect every time. Easy to make appointments and the staff is great!

My Wheaton Terrier. Too big for me to bathe, they keep him looking handsome!

I have 2 pups that I love dearly. They go to Williamsburg for playtime and grooming regularly. My newest puppy went for 3 weeks of training. I am delighted with the care they get. I can depend on great communication with Williamsburg. The pups love going!!

we have been using Williamsburg for at least 10 years for Day Care, Boarding, and some training and grooming. Initially they took care of our Wheaten Terrier Rowan who is now 11 years old. We now have a second Wheaten Bunny who is 2 years old. Currently we are using the day care service for our puppy Bunny. It has been instrumental at providing a safe and healthy place for her to expend her puppy energy. In addition, her senior brother Rowan is very grateful that she is exhausted in the evening and not constantly trying to engage him in unending play. Michelle has been employed at Williamsburg since we have been going there and she is a superb animal caregiver. Even though Rowan no longer goes to daycare she always asks about him and we have even brought him by to visit her. All the employees have been professional, friendly, and very competent in delivering care to our pets.

Best day of the week after cooped up since Thanksgiving. Pets had a wonderful day of play today. Max was exhausted after playing all day.

Waffles has a fracture in his lower spine - originally when we took him in, back hine legs were immobile. Today we came to see him. WOW! The treatments and work they did just in 1 over night stay, he was already in such better shape! The staff was SO KIND even at 10:30 at night, after dealing with patients all day and they still had compassion after such a long day. So so kind and we are so grateful for Dr. Nelson! Absolutely one of the best vets we have ever been too!

After a few weeks we went in for a wellness check & for them to take his stitches out. Again... we thought everything was good. They charge for unnecessary things on the bill which was whatever. We just wanted to make sure our dog was taken care of no matter the cost but they seem to use that against you. We noticed there was a stitch left in so we quickly take him back up there in hopes they would get them all out this time.. Flash forward a few weeks of him "no longer having stitches" and we see there's a few still in there... we're a bit upset that they missed them especially since it's practically healed now & we took him up a 2nd time to get them out. So we call and say they missed a few & she quickly cuts us off and say "this happens sometimes" ... I'm sorry this what? It shouldn't happen at all. Sounds like negligence & bad vet techs trying to work quickly to get more $$$ out of us. Seems like they can only handle small incidents with your animals. If it's something serious maybe go somewhere else. If you like mistakes, having to take your pet up multiple times, or like spending LOTS of money come here !! We sure don't so we'll be taking our business elsewhere. *we did take him to the kirkwood location one time in between visits at Manchester & kirkwood gave us a better experience just that one time than Manchester has this entire time. They're nicer & kirkwood will actually listen to you instead of cutting you off as you speak*

I just want to start off by saying that I am pretty disappointed in the staff and owner. We have been bringing him here since August of 2022. I know he was first in the Toy box room and has transitioned to the Gym room now. It seems like he started doing this when he was placed in the bigger room with the bigger dogs. But honestly, I don't know because no one communicated to me that he was doing this. We started to notice it when we picked him up and his feet were wet. Everyone at the front desk just acted like it was no big deal. So fast forward to March of 2023 and I sent an email to you all about why Oakley was being put in "timeout." Well turns out that the digging/playing in the water bowl is still happening and is getting worse. So you all ask about instating your three step process and I give you permission to do so. "We can also instate our three step process, where after the first incident we have them sit at our feet for 30 seconds, then after the second incident we walk them on a slip lead , and if it happens again THEN he would get the crate break." I have watched/recorded the webcams and the three step process is not a thing. All of the canine coaches are just done with my dog and he gets put in the crate immediately. Also, can someone explain to me why some of these canine coaches walk around the room with two metal bowls and bang them together? Or run a metal bowl across the top of the crate? I don't understand that and it doesn't seem like something a lot of dogs would like. So here we are today May 10, 2023 and I get a text message that "Oakley is taking an extended break right now" and "It seems like a game to him and we have used all the corrections & redirections that we are able to in this environment." I was told to call and basically was told that myself and Oakley should look elsewhere. So that is what we will do. I understand the annoyance of him digging/playing in the water bowl, but I don't see any real problem with it. He is a one year old puppy. We did 2 weeks of training at this facility and 8 weeks to prepare for his Canine Good Citizen and Canine Good Citizen Advance test, which he passed. Kit and Alex the trainers are awesome. He is not a bad dog. He just loves water! The bottom line is all of the canine coaches got tired of my dog. He was punished by being put in the crate any where between 10-40 minutes all because he was digging/playing in the water bowl. We were paying to have our dog socialized and he was not. If we wanted him to be in a crate all day, then we would have just kept him at home. It's just a shame that there was a lack of communication and broken promises. I wish the owner would have responded to my email, but here I am posting a Google Review that I am sure he will respond too. I hope you are able to find staff members that truly are dog people and care for them as if they were their own. I attached photos of bowls being banged together and Oakley always in the crate. P.S. We have already found a new place and they have little pools for him to play in! - Courtney & Mike Frazzetta
