I called every hour to see if he was ready to go and was told he was misbehaving and was still in a crate in the back; I showed up 7 hours later and he was still sitting on groom table fighting with one of their groomers. I got him and took him home and within an hour realized that he had third-degree Burns and had to take him to an emergency vet then was informed by the emergency vet and my regular vet that he would never be able to go to a groomer again after the emotion and pain he suffered. I would never recommend PetSmart grooming to anyone!

I enrolled him in the teenager course but they said no because he was fearful and offered me private lessons for 900.00 Which he had already completed so they were useless for me! Probably should've lied on the app since my friends aggressive dog that had no training got in!! Seriously though that would not be the kind of trainers I would be Interested in trusting my dog with!
