The clerks are all very nice and friendly, The stores carry a large array of grocery items, plus their own brand of milk products and ice cream (New York State's biggest industry - for those who may not be aware of it - is not tourism, but actually dairy farming, producing 73% of the nations yogurt, among other items). Getting back to Stewart's, though, they are a very community-oriented company and they really try to please their customers. This location is right off the main highway, and offers gasoline, too, so it gets pretty busy here on the weekends with folks stopping in for a quick bite with their fill-ups. They serve grab-n-go breakfast items, sandwiches, hard-packed ice cream in many flavors, coffees, snacks, candy, smokes and lottery tickets.
