Do not trust this office with your eye health. My parents, who are in their late 70s and early 80s, went to this office every year for several years. They had eye exams and testing done at every visit, yet they were never told there were any serious concerns with their eyes. Two WEEKS after their recent appointments, I requested their chart notes and visit summary something that should be routine after a patient visit as I am in this field. The office acted as if they didn't know what she was asking for. They said the records weren't available, told me to come back later that day, and when I returned, they still couldn't provide them and said they would email them instead. When i finally reviewed the records, i found documentation showing that both of my parents were at high risk for glaucoma. Neither of my parents recalls anyone ever mentioning this, explaining what it meant, or discussing the need for follow-up. At that point, we lost confidence in this office and took my parents to another eye doctor within their insurance network for a second opinion. The doctor was shocked by what they found and even asked whether my parents had ever been seeing an eye doctor because their glaucoma risk was so significant. If i hadn't requested the records, we might never have known there was a serious issue. That is unacceptable. If all you need is a glasses prescription, you may have a different experience. But if you're trusting this office to identify and communicate serious eye disease, our family's experience says otherwise. We would never return, and I cannot recommend this office to anyone who values thorough, competent eye care. read more

I just realized they abandoned their old profile and opened this new one with all positive reviews, so let me share my actual experience. Do I even need to explain how rude and unprofessional the staff are? What really shocked me is that I have never been to an optometrist that refused to help with contact lenses that clearly weren't working for me. As a first-time contact lens wearer, instead of helping me ease into it, they pushed me into buying a 6-month supply right away. The lenses ended up making my eyes extremely dry and uncomfortable, so I couldn't wear them. Those boxes literally sat unopened on my desk for almost 2 years because I thought maybe the problem was me or that I just couldn't wear contacts. Then I finally saw another doctor, and they told me that unopened contact lenses can often be exchanged for a different brand or prescription if they're not working for you. That was the first time anyone ever told me that. When I called this office for help, the girl on the phone was completely unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she kept asking why I didn't return sooner. Well... if someone had actually informed me of my options in the first place, I absolutely would have. No one told me I could exchange them. No one followed up. No one cared once the sale was made. Based on my experience, I would avoid this place. read more

The check in process was easy except the booking period is very tight. I had to book at least 3-4 weeks in advance. The doctor was great, very informative about my eyes etc. But when it came to me picking out my glasses, the workers pretty left me with not much attention or help in the process of pick out my glasses. I asked if I can just my old frame but they were very pushy about getting a new frame with the small unappealing selection they had there.
