I'm never coming back to this place for an eye exam again. They overcharge compared to other places. They charged me $100 for a contact lens exam, while other clinics only charge $40. Even the contact lenses cost me double here -- I could've gotten them for half the price somewhere else. My husband got his eye exam and lenses at another place -- same type as mine -- and when I compared the prices, I felt like this place charged way too much. Feels like I got ripped off. The doctor is young and had more knowledge with her profession .She kinda does have a heart of guiding or referring to some others doctor. Her staff is not friendly nor welcoming as it should be. I make eyes exam and eyes glasses, the fist they made progressive very bad, not clearly (even my old glasses clearer than new one), New one she made blur. I changed glasses long-sighted. In fact when I wear long-sighted very dizzy, she told me wear 4 hours, I try 1 hour I coundn't handle. I called to office she told me I must pay to do again. Sorry 2 times I made again, I don't want to pay to make again. I will pay another to make new one better go there. Dr. Huong Trang was the rudest doctor to my mom. Yes, my mom refused the $40 for a fundus photo scan, but there's no need to give her a hard time after you even dilated her eyes. We are well aware that being dilated gives you a much better view of the retina than a retinal scan. She has AMD, just document what you see, DFE is suffice. Also, I asked my mom to be recommended to see a Retinal Specialist for her AMD, Dr. Huong's response to that was "I don't need your daughter's recommendation", but still referred my mom. There's tons of O.D.s in the area, we will be taking our business elsewhere and so should everyone else! read more

The ladies at the front were helpful and friendly. Dr. Nguyen was also nice and knowledgeable. There is one thing that irritated me. Towards the end, the doctor said that she will put drops in my eyes to look at my retina. She did not ask if I wanted the eye drops or not. I do not remember completing any form beforehand to agree to the eye drops. They later charged me for putting the drops in my eyes. Now that I think of it, other places would ask and let me know that insurance does not cover before putting the eye drops. This place is sneaky, so beware. read more

After 8 years we've come back to this optometry office, and the quality of service has not changed - if anything it's even better! Dr. Phuong helped examine my mom's eyes and she was so patient and kind, she took her time explaining everything. This was our first visit at this office. I did my research and read many reviews among many different offices, and I narrowed down my decision to this one. My daughters and I were very impressed when we first walked in! (Actually, I was already very pleased and impressed with their up-to-date technology of online communication by sending us the forms to fill out ahead of time since we were new patients. This was SO helpful because we didn't have to come in early to fill out forms, struggling with answering so many questions on the spots. This process also saved so much time for everyone!) The office was very clean and modern looking. The two receptionists were also welcoming, sweet and friendly, yet professional. They knew how to manage their and our times by helping us choose new glasses while waiting for the Dr. (Btw, we came early). Again, these two lovely ladies were very patient and allowed us to look and try on so many glasses. They also gave us their honest opinions when we asked. Therefore, the process was so easy and our family all got pretty new and trendy glasses. Did I mention their huge selections of trendy styles and designer glasses to choose from?!!! A big bonus point when it's time to choose an Optometry Office. Dr. Phương was very knowledgeable and thorough during the examination. There were many tests done and she was also very patient so I really appreciate that. The turnaround time for our glasses were pretty quick. We came in on Saturday and by Wed afternoon they were ready to be picked up! (Except for one of my daughter's sunglasses which she bought outside was not ready until the following Sat, which was still a decent time in my opinion). Overall, my daughters and I were extremely happy with this office and the staff. We highly recommend them because just by looking at the cleanliness of the office and the services provided, you can already tell that the Dr. who owns and operates this office does care for the patients and the quality of their products! I've been going here for about a decade and have always been given the best service each and every time. Dr. Trang and her team take their time to go over your specific needs whether its about glasses, LASIK, contacts, etc. They are extremely knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I've come in on occasion as a walk-in and still gotten help buying glasses or scheduling an appointment but I definitely recommend calling ahead for an appointment if you want to have an exam done.
