Recently came here to buy a stig. First of all they tax which is weird for a smoke shop. Secondly, a single stig costs 12.00!!! And a pack costs 25.00! Crazy overpriced. Worst of all they are fake. Do not buy mango bomb it will make you want to kill yourself. I ended up buying a whole pack and throwing each one out. Do not go here. You will get ripped off for counterfeit products. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their selection isn't the best, but they carry a lot of stuff and so chances are they can find something to satisfy you. I had the worst service ever in this smoke shop. I wanted to return something I wasn't even at the store five minutes when I return back to get a return. The employee told me that I could not get a return once you buy something this is not right if the thing is not open and I'm not coming back the next day they should have no reason to exchange your item. And every time you buy something they're not knowledgeable on what they're selling you the employees there. I have bought products there but I've only lasted three days and they tell me that I can't get my money back. This is the worst place I have ever been to. They sold me a cheap vape that does not work and refused to give me my money back. The employee who sold me the vape did not tell me prior to fulfilling the transaction that there is a no return policy. When I returned to the store to discuss my options he then stated that some of the carts work and some of them don't. These people are literally robbing people. I give this store 5 stars based on variability, convenience, and knowledgable staff. I actually know the owner personally. He's a good business man. They have plenty of vapes and juices and frequently has discounts. They are also stocked with JUUL products, which I use. It's right in downtown Englewood and open everyday. They're modern and have a funky and professional decor. I'm sure this store will grow and flourish. Prices are pretty standard is the only thing, and no refunds... But if you're in the area! Went to eat at Noches with a friend when my girlfriend and I noticed a vape shop right next to it! Our friend was running late so we decided to check it out. They have a wide selection of products from Vaping to hookah and so much juice! Good juice too! Everything we sampled was amazing. Staff was friendly and helped us whenever we had questions. This is a nice little shop on palisade avenue in englewood NJ. Layout is nice and staff is friendly. The reason for my 2 star rating is because I purchased a vision spinner II from this shop and it ended up breaking after a week, I went back and the employee that assisted me said he could change it for half the price of the first one. I was a bit skeptic about it but ended up taking up the offer and took another. The second ended up breaking as well. After doing a little research online I come to find out the product that was sold to me was counterfeit. I ended trashing both. I am not sure if any other products there are counterfeits but beware. Recently purchased a Medicali piece, and I was very happy with the overall experience. An employee came out and was very nice and knowledgeable. The prices seemed to be slightly cheaper than other shops that I have been to and there was a large selection of different products. I saw pieces from $40-$1000 so you really can get whatever it is you are looking for. Definitely getting my next piece here too read more

Not what it use to be. I use to come in and buy some raw papers to roll Js, and a glass piece every now and then. This place is only a place for the vaping community. For all you tobacco/pot smokers, this place will turn you down if you buy cheap items. They use to sell to just about anyone that came in and looked like they knew what they were doing but recently they have been asking for ID. It seems selective though, because I was the only one asked among a group of others who only bought vaping accessories. They only care about cash and will not ID you (minors) if you decide to buy pieces over $100 in value. Great selection, fair prices on all products that they routinely have specials on, and a very nice accommodating staff. I had an issue with an item I purchased and the owner himself personally handled my situation, consistently keeping me up date to with the progress of the resolution until he was able to replace the item I purchased with a brand new one although that is against there policy.
