The first time I went (about two months ago), the clerk was very knowledgeable, gave me specific details about the various choices of batteries I was looking at, etc. My second time going was yesterday, I walked in and was greeted by a young woman, no older than 19. I told her what I needed-she looked at me with a blank stare, then said "I don't know what those are. You can look over here and tell me if you see what you are describing"....ok, that's kind of your job , though. Just completely clueless. I was actually showing her what I was looking for and the differences between what I needed and all the others. It's very poor customer service when the customer has to literally explain the products in the store to the staff. The prices are fair, and they have a nice selection of pipes as well as vaping stuff. But if you're going to hire a young pretty girl as one of your your sales staff because you think it'll bring in business-at least train her in your products!!!
