I really believe at this point that it would be useless for me to have someone reach out when they already have information that was given to them at the site and through corporate. The treatment that I received was not only unprofessional, but unwarranted. I spent a large amount of money at this establishment, in which I shouldn't have to disclose to be treated a certain way. However, if they would've cared, and showed appreciation for their guest, I would've let, what seem to be a technical era pass. But extending something to someone without their asking, and then turning around and making promises was unwarranted, it threw salt in the wound so now I'm not willing to do another personal chat or email as if I am begging for them to be professional.

Then I tried threads and they snapped within hours and left a pea sized bump on each side of my forehead for over six months.Angela said it was my body. The threads left a giant scar on my face, people ask if it was from chicken pox. They are required to fix their mistakes but instead Angela charged me more! Eventually I tried another med spa and both my filler and Botox worked great and lasted a long time. I have now been to three different med spas who know Renew because they are constantly fixing their mistakes. I look in the mirror at the damage they did and cry. I only wanted to improve my self esteem and it ended up costing me permanent damage. Lastly, I remember telling Angela about my love for animals and she told me how her husband recently killed a poor baby deer instead of taking it to a rehab. They have a tremendous number of options as well! And, are very good at letting you know what options you need without trying to take advantage of you or upsell, (which again the place I went to initially when we moved here , it was all about the upsell, which really turned me off).
