After starting on some of the work myself I found some mold and damage that stretched beyond my abilities of repair. I called a few different places where I was treated like a number rather then a customer and that number was very high in price! I found these guys and gave them a call. The gentleman I talked to on the phone was polite and very knowledgeable. He came out and gave me a quote that blew away the competition. I kept thinking what was the catch. He scheduled me out a couple weeks so I assumed that meant they were really busy and this was going to be another job that was rushed and shortcuts we're going to be taken. Within two weeks he had everything finished. I was impressed! As with any home restoration product it's messy, and ugly until it is finished. But that's a given! Anyone with common sense knows that! Building become unsquare, and impossible to deal with at times. But these guys pulled it off and it looked better then any other contractors work I've ever had done! So, this update will complete my overall experience with ServPro and our basement that flooded 14…read moreweeks ago. When it comes to water removal, deposing of ruined flooring and rugs this company is spot on. When it comes to drying out the basement and preventing mold, this firm is again spot on. My only knock is for the past three or four weeks we've been trying to have our curtains returned and for some reason it's been difficult to get a call back. First, they claimed we hadn't paid our bill, and they were holding the curtains until payment was rec'd. This was an error on their part. We called a week later and again were told we had an outstanding balance, again an error on their part. We called the next week and no one called back. We've called again today and are waiting for a call back. This part of the service needs improvement and that's why I dropped them from a 5-star review.
