At the age of 12-13 my parents hired you for our burnt down home, you bastards took my childhood toys, my family's personal belongings, were lucky to have grabbed the most valuable of our objects before we let you maraud our tatered home. You tried to claim our designer suitcases were fire damaged when they were in a room completely untouched by the fire, I don't know what yall do to other people, but you're thieves to us, the only reason we dont prosecute you is because we never got pictures of the inside before you stole from us! My mom has been involved in a month's long process with this company that is seemingly going no where. What was supposed to be a quick restoration process has been nothing short of a nightmare. My parents are older, dealing with illnesses, and maintaining households in two different states so having a clear timeline/schedule is imperative. The project manager (I'm unsure of his actual title) from King's that my parents have been in contact with, Warren, is lackadaisical, doesn't communicate the schedule properly, and at times comes across curt. He shares information with the contractors without confirming the accuracy, causing inconvenience for my parents. For example, he told a contractor to just come by the house since my mom was off from school for the summer, without confirming she would actually be home. Most recently, I picked my mother up from the airport and when we arrived home we could not use the restroom or take showers because the water supply had been shut off. The contractor was told by Warren it was ok because my parents were out of town. He opted to assume he knew their travel plans versus asking about them. It was not communicated to us that the water would be off prior to that point. The only shining spot in this whole ordeal have been the contractors for the floor, John and Gordon. If I could have had my parents bypass Warren's hangups and gone straight to them I would have. My mom is non confrontational and will usually go with the flow even when things are an inconvenience to her, and I think Warren kind of took advantage of that. I wish I lived closer so that I could oversee the end of the project. I cannot wait for this to be all be completed! read more

Kings Quality has done two major renovations for my businesses ($80k $50k - Both were complete office gut and rebuilds), as well as a residential renovation for a family member after a flood - Each time they knocked it out of the park on quality and customer service! Simply put..... They do amazing work. Very professional and focused on attention to detail. Just what you want in a contractor working on YOUR house. Their staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The owners are very involved in each project. I truly felt like they were treating it like they were spending their own money, so they were conscientious of how they did the work and what they spent MY money on. This company came in and cleaned up a mess left behind by another company. They were fair, easy to deal with and did beautiful work. Everyone that has seen the work is impressed. They cleaned up some mold, replaced the new shower that was not built right and replaced flooring where water had seeped under. Each night, they cleaned up any and all messes and Tom will tell you, I am picky about my home. I dealt with Tom and felt he was was a wonderful honest person. We really respected him and what he told us. He kept his word all the way through the job. read more

If you're wanting a quick fix and don't mind over paying then this is the company you're looking for. They were recommended by my insurance company, and I wish I had done more research before hiring them. They were super fast with repairs, but the work was very sub par and honestly I could have done a better job myself after throwing back several hard drinks. I was very disappointed with their work and spent HOURS of my time cleaning up and repairing their mess. Who paints over insulation, dust/cobwebs, and cat litter on the wall? There was other issues that I could write at least a paragraph or two about or post pictures of, but I won't in order to keep this review from becoming a novel. I paid over $200 for floor coverings and tape (yes, plastic and painters tape I'm not even sure they used), yet I had to carefully clean all my counters and cabinets of splatter and paint runs. I am glad we parted ways before any further work was completed. Apparently my expectations were unreasonable. Yes, I DO expect things to look like new again when I'm paying for new drywall, paint, ceiling repair, and more. If I'm spending whole-ass money, I don't want half-ass work. The contractor was very good at communicating and explaining things and I do appreciate that, as well as him taking some money off my bill due to "sub par work". I realize we were not the only house they were working on, yet that isn't an excuse to take shortcuts. I feel there should have been more deducted off our final bill, but we met in the middle and I agreed on the final amount because I just wanted to close this contract, be done with them, and move on. This experience was definitely a hard, yet very valuable, life lesson learned. I'm sure they do good work when they're not really busy, but I cannot give a positive review based on my experience. If you think you would like to work with them be sure you clearly and state your expectations in detail. Also, I would recommend you get at least a couple other quotes so you can do your own research. Sorry my review isn't all sunshine and rainbows. read more
