    Thank you Angie @ 22 changes Salon! I am in love with my hair! The salon was clean, staff was friendly. Music was in a great play list! The hair was felt great! I could have fallen asleep. You picked the perfect colors, low lights and all! Educated me in products, washing, and managing my hairs !!! You did a fantastic job! And I'll be back to see you again !

    I have had my hair done a few times now here by Lila. Such a wonderful experience and the outcome fabulous. Lila listens to what you want, and then voilà. I had my roots done and a cut this time. Love it. This place is a definite 10. They offer a lot of other services as well. If you're looking for a new Doo -give them a call

    I have been to a professional salon a total of....0 times for a professional cut and color. I spoke briefly with Kelleigh over social media (after seeing her work on my family Members) and I loved her demeanor and positive attitude. I booked ASAP. I came in with quite the mess. I told her I "just wanted to love my hair again". She didn't disappoint! The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish, I had delightful conversation with multiple staff members and everyone hyped me up. For a first timer, I felt like family from beginning to end. Needless to say, I already booked my next appointment and can't wait to return!

    I saw Ryan 2 weeks ago for highlights and trim. She is very fresh out of school and inexperienced, unbeknownst to me at the time. I specifically asked for somebody with curly experience when I made the appointment. I asked for caramel-y honey toned highlights. Instead I got this atrocious white blonde highlights in the back and legit orange brassy highlights in the front around my face. She severely over-processed the color (thus the white in the back) and thus severely damaging my hair health and curl structure. Also technique was severely lacking. She started the highlights 3/4" from my roots so it looks like I had almost 2 months of grow out from the get go. You can't even call the technique highlights - it legit looks like block all-over coloring because of how thick of pieces she took. I called the next day because I was so upset. They offered to have me come back in to have Ryan fix the color and that it sounded like it needed a "toner correction". I told them under no circumstances would I allow Ryan to ever touch my hair ever again. I ended up going back in the following week and seeing Cayla. She took about an inch off (to help with the damage), hand painted some highlights on the top layer only, and finished with a toner. She did a deep conditioner treatment as well as Olaplex treatment, and did the whole service at no cost (as should be expected from the salon). For about a week the color was decent. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks and the horrendous white is coming through meaning that the toner only lasted about a week and a half. I wash my half 2 times a week max so it's not a matter of over washing my hair. I understand that she was working with another stylist's mistakes but she should have known that a non-permanent toner was not going to fix this. Also, the fact that Ryan had the audacity to charge me $180 is ludicrous. Avoid this salon at all costs.

I am used to my appointments being 15-20 minutes long because they pride themselves on quick service. My boyfriend and I share a car and we had to go pick up his kids from school before my appointment and then I told them to just wait in the car because my appointment would only be 15 minutes. Easy peasy. Kids wouldn't get antsy or fight and we'd be home by 4:30 (my appointment was at 4). The morning of my appointment I got a call that my waxer was out for the day so I would be with someone else. Which is totally fine with me! Until it wasn't. I got to my appointment right on time, then was told I had to wait a few minutes. Which is fine because I usually have to wait about 3-5 minutes. 10 minutes goes by and my waxer finally came out to take me to the back. I've never seen her before at this location so I assumed she was newer, but I know they train well so I wasn't worried. Finally she starts my wax and it's all going well and she's chatting with me and making me feel comfortable, she is pulling my skin taught so it doesn't hurt and it's going really well! Then she kept going over the same spot, over and over again. Which I know is because she wanted to get all the hairs out, but I felt it getting later and later and I knew my boyfriend and his kids were waiting in the car and I just knew that they were getting antsy. Anyways, she did a great job, but I checked my phone at the end and it was 4:50!!! 4:50?! 40 minutes to do a Brazilian. I'm fine with having a new person, but I would've love to know she was going to take that long for my appointment! That was ridiculous!! And no one even seemed to apologize about it. When I finally was at checkout, I didn't even want to schedule again because 1. I didn't know if I'd want to come back to this location, even though it's the closest to my house and 2. I was now in a rush because my appointment was 35 minutes over what I thought it would be. We had someplace to be and now we were really late for it. I'm really disappointed in my service this past experience. Warn your customers if it's a newer waxer and if they take longer so they can plan better. You are in customer service after all! I won't be back at this location. Be better Mill Plain EWC.

She did a phenomenal job on patient education. She did it with so much patience and with a smile. Highly recommend going to her for whatever you need. I was also explained the packaging and pricing without feeling forced to buy or pressure. Now for the part I was a little disappointed with. Because I didn't have a jowl or turkey neck she decided to do the hybrid facial. I spent $149 for 10 minutes of the neveskin and a 10 minute cold facial. So in total it was about 25 mins. I felt like I didnt get my moneys worth. I understand it's just a promo but if I'm not getting one full session how will I determine if it works? The studio is clean and well organized. Lots of free parking as well. ***I highly recommend this place, they offer a lot of great beauty services. I had a very enjoyable experience! I am going to see how my face responds to my treatment. I would love to continue with a few more sessions.

It was a very small cut, so I didn't make a big deal out of it and let him continue. A few minutes later, while filing another nail, it burned so badly that my eyes watered. I even said, "Ouch! Maybe my nails are just sensitive today." Despite that experience, the customer service that day was kind, so I left thinking maybe it was just an off day. When my friend suggested we come back this past Saturday, I was hesitant but decided to give the salon another chance. I spent $150 on my nails because my daughter's birthday party is next Saturday, and I wanted to get them done early so I wouldn't have to worry about them during the busy week. We left for Seattle after my appointment and returned Monday. By Sunday--less than 24 hours later--my nails had already started chipping. I went back to the salon to have them look at the issue. Instead of acknowledging that something might have gone wrong, the first thing I was told was that "this gel doesn't last long." I asked, "Less than 24 hours?" I was then asked if I had been cooking a lot for my daughter's party. I explained that the party wasn't for another six days, so that wasn't the cause. During the conversation, the customer service representative rolled her eyes at me, which made the experience even more disappointing. My issue isn't the money. It's the lack of customer service and accountability. Sometimes products fail or mistakes happen--that's understandable. What matters is how a business responds. I ended up going to my regular nail salon, and the difference was night and day. As soon as I walked in, they asked, "Oh no, did we do this?" When I explained what had happened, they fixed my nails with care, kindness, and without making me feel like I had done something wrong. I believe good customer service is about listening to your customers and standing behind your work. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here, and because of that, my friend my daughter and I, won't be returning. My friends nail was also damaged and her finger nicked at this appointment but I will let her write her own review. UPDATE: THanks for the response again this confirms that they are blaming the client and lying. No apology about how I was treated. Your response speaks volumes. If you did stand to your 7 day policy I would have been treated differently from the start and this review would never have happened. Not the clients fault that you use cheap material.
