I really wanted to like this place. The interior is fantastic & I was able to get an appointment just a couple of days out. My hair is almost to my waist. I asked for a trim to freshen up my layers & get rid of dead ends. I told her I wasn't concerned with how much came off - in other words, 2-4 inches would be okay, but instead, she trimmed quite less than 1/2". Waist-length hair is not, by any standards, freshened up with that little cut off. With hair still wet & the gal ready to send me on my way, she asked me what I thought. I hadn't seen the floor & how little was there, but looking in the mirror, how could I possibly discern if I had a fresher look with my hair damp & frizzy? She didn't cut any hair around my face to frame it like I'd asked. And don't get me started on what she did to my bangs. I'm just grateful my hair grows quickly & I don't have any major life events in the next few weeks. I found it hard to find someone who understand the new hair trends like balayage. Absolutely love Jessika W! She is so knowledgeable, honest and down to earth. Jessika fixed my ashy blonde balayage disaster 4 months ago, and then just went in for a trim this past week. Color is STILL perfect and I'll get it re-done by her in a few months. I found that the skill level of hairstylists vary here. My experience was much like that of a beauty school. This was a suprise as the title is, Beaux Vous Salon and Day Spa. No other indication until my haircut. Halfway through my haircut my stylist needed help. She was teaching her how to do my hair. Hmmmmmm. Look at the site under careers. This is a continued education salon. By the time the helper came mistakes had already been done. The helper..another stylist? The owner? I mean my hair will grow they were nice people. It wasn't awful. Just don't understand if this person needed supervision then give it. If this is a training ground, say so louder so the patrons know. Went in for a lash fill and brow wax. Been many times, but today the lady said my lashes were to thin so it would be $92 and take more time. I only had the 2 hours so I declined to have the lashes. She started on my brows. She seemed upset that I couldn't do the lashes. I was very nervous at this point. I don't think the wax was heated since at first it wasn't warm on my skin and the pressure of the stick to spread it was painful. The first strip she pulled off was very painful. The rest were the same. I could feel the first eye swelling as she did the other...it was awful pain and itchy! By the time I got to my car the right eye lid was starting to close. I drove straight to urgent care. They gave me cream and a shot. I attached a photo. read more

If I could give this experience a 0 star rating I would. My cousin came here on july 8th. She had previously bleached her hair at home and came in to get her hair to blend in with her natural roots. She wanted a balayage with like an ashy light brown at the top (picture included) and her ends toned and evened out (if possible). Unfortunately her ends were bleached again, which is fine but it didn't even out the color whatsoever. She now has yellow tones mixed with grey and silver tones. And a super dark brown shadow root was added (almost black) and the color that was added bled down into the blonde and the dark color created a blunt line and wasn't blended at all. It's super patchy and even after washing a few times and the color lightening, the line is still harsh and patchy. She expressed her concern after the appointment and the stylist offered to try and fix it. She brought up the bleach again by double processing it. Attempted to add a few highlights over the shadow root, which didn't make much of a difference. My cousin lives in California so she can't return to have it fixed even if she wanted to. I understand that sometimes with hair color some things can't be achievable, but if she didn't feel like the job was within her capabilities then she should have communicated that. I went to Beaux Vous in search of a new eyelash person after my regular stylist quit. I've been getting my eyelashes done since 2018 and I'm very particular about the way the look. The other stylists at the former salon didn't work out for me so I decided to try a new salon. I booked with Kenna in desperate need of a fill and she was able to work me into her schedule within a few days. She did an incredible job matching up my lashes to my existing extensions and took her time making sure they were completely full. It's been two weeks since I've had them done and I still have a high retention percentage which is a bonus. I'm so happy to have found her! I didn't think my experience could get any better when during my appt I mentioned to Kenna that I did a DIY cut on my hair the night before and completely ruined my long hair, Kenna told me about another stylist who might be able to squeeze me in after my eyelash fill to assess my bad haircut and give me options for fixing it. After my fill I met with Jo in the other room, she spent an hour transforming my choppy layers into the most beautiful waterfall cut I've ever had. I was very impressed! I had a year long growout that wasn't quite long enough to cut out completely, so she was able to cut it to the length I wanted and color my hair so it looked like it faded into the remaining black hair at the bottom. I was there a good 2 1/2 hours, but she was thorough *Update* I washed and styled my hair the next morning, I noticed my hair was drastically uneven. The cut I asked for was not asymmetrical, so not even sure what happened. Went back in to have fixed on Monday. I had Amber, a different stylist. She informed me there was a good INCH difference from the left side. There was very little layering done also. She took her time, layered it correctly, and even styled it by straightening it, which I was never offered the first time. Amber did a great job correcting the cut, and refused the tip I tried leaving. I will be going directly to her from now on. She gave me the cut I paid $50 for in the first place read more

It was my first time in this salon to get a haircut. When I went in they were very welcoming. The women Steph that cut my hair was very nice and professional. The atmosphere was relaxing and Steph did a fantastic job on cutting my hair sence I am very picky with the way I like it. She was very calm and relaxed with me. Overall I am definitely looking forward to going back and getting my hair cut here again. Not the best place for color on curly hair. If you go here ask for an experienced colorist or they will give you a new student, unless you're ok with that. But they should let people know if they have experience with color and curly hair. And they should never leave you with wet hair when they tell you they're going to straighten it. I take my daughter here to have her hair cut and they do a decent job. The shop itself is beautiful and charming and the staff is very friendly. I don't get my hair cut there though. They do have good stylists, but unless you know who to ask for they will give you whoever is new - which is fine if you don't have a lot of issues to deal with. I'm a cancer patient. My hair finally grew back - but I'm on chemo for life - so my hair is just weird. I asked for someone who was REALLY GOOD with color. When I sat down and explained my situation the girl was a little unsure of what color(s) to use so she consulted another hair stylist there - okay. As she was doing my hair I asked her how long she had been working there. 3 weeks. Just out of beauty school. I should have turned and run - but she was halfway through with the color. I ended up a dark reddish brown (after specifically saying I didn't want red). It quickly faded to orange. The hair cut was not great. I found someone in Portland who is familiar with "chemo hair" and it's beautiful now but sadly I haven't found someone in my home town who is capable of dealing with my "chemo hair". I'll continue to take my daughter there - they do a fine job with her beautiful/healthy hair. But for me, I'm afraid I'll have to travel to be sure my hair is done right. I just don't feel like rolling the dice in this salon again. read more

I was really impressed. My mom and I went together and were both extremely happy with our hair cuts. And we both have had bad hair cut after bad hair cut from everywhere we have gone over the years. One thing they did that nowhere else has ever done was blow dry my hair and then do touch ups on the layering and evening the hair. It always bugged me that other places wouldn't do that. I made my eyelash extension appointment with Gabby Reising at the Beaux Salon. This was the first time coming to the salon and I must say, I was totally blown away with the decor and the extreme cleanliness of the salon. I was greeted by Gabby and taken to the "quiet room" which in fact, is a ***** five start room itself. Heated bed, quiet music playing, quite enjoyable. Gabby had previously told me that she had just started applying extensions and explained that it may take a little longer to apply. When she was finished, she had done such a fantastic job, I have sent her three HAPPY customers and have another five coming her way. First time I came here, they were amazing and reasonable. On my second visit, for the same things done, the results were awful. I had a manicure and a weave. The weave did not result in the correct color, even though they had a record of it from my previous visit, and took a very, very long time to do. Almost three hours. Then, the manicurist barely handled my hands. She did very little with my nails (no oils, no trimming, nothing except a shellac treatment - which was in addition to the manicure). On top of that, I was excessively overcharged, even though their rates are posted. There was no explanation to why it was so much - just one final amount. Also -it took over four hours - just to do a weave and manicure - and it cost me the price of an airline ticket ($240). I was speechless. Again, with no explanation as to how it could possibly have cost so much, and I did not even receive a breakdown in my receipt. Just a massive charge on my credit card. No response to my phone calls, either. Very, very disappointed. read more

What a wonderful experience! The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, clean, and inviting. I went in for a cut and color which was provided to me by Sara, who did an excellent job. She listened intently to what I wanted and worked with me so that I got the best cut I could, and she was very precise and quick about executing it. She gave me the closest color to the example picture I brought that she could without having to lighten my hair first. My red looks natural and gorgeous, my hair feels so silky and wonderful. She was very gentle and extra careful about getting any little drips of color that migrated to my skin. I received samples of a shampoo and conditioner that she used during the process because I expressed that I liked the results it gave, and was interested in investing in a formulation tailored to my choice of hair color. She also gave me some coupons. They have this great deal where on your third visit you get a special conditioning treatment for free! I would highly recommend visiting this place, and if you like a stylist that pays attention to your needs and what she is doing without jabbering in your ear the whole time, Sara is the sweet, sweet girl for you. .:D read more

I just stopped in for an eyebrow wax on my way home, and I had an overall OK experience. I loved the waxer, Stephanie. She was very kind and took her time to shape my brows how I wanted. However, the girls at the front desk were snobby. So I was wearing my cowboy boots? I just came from the barn - this IS Battle Ground after all. I was a little put off at how they snubbed me. I like Stephanie but I don't want to deal with those jerks again, so I probably won't be back. A business is best when EVERYONE treats you like they appreciate you. read more
