There were no hidden fees, so what they told us we would pay is what we paid. (They do offer some add-on warranties, but these are all clearly explained, and there is no pressure to add them.) When we picked up the RV, the walkthrough was informative, and any small issues that were pointed out were all very quickly addressed. They continue to check in to make sure we are enjoying our camper, which I greatly appreciate, and we're about to take it in for a few warranty punch-list items. We drove 3 hours to purchase the RV, and I can tell you the people, the deal, and the service were all amazing. I can't recommend them enough! If we had to do it all over again, we absolutely would.

We purchased the camper on a Saturday - we were not permitted to take the camper that day so that you all could make sure that everything was in working order and there were not leaks. Due to the fact that we were not permitted to take it that day we had to hire someone to haul the camper for us as we were both working. EVERYTHING IN THE CAMPER LEAKS! The commode sprays in the floor (yes we have a pressure gauge). There was caulking missing on the shower and it leaked in the floor (my husband repaired this himself), the kitchen sink drains into the floor (we do not use the sink I wash dishes in a tote outside), the latch on the screen door was not properly installed (the screws were obviously installed sideways) and the first time someone closed the door the latch came off completely, the curtains on the bunk area are not attached on one side, the window seal on the slide out is dangling, the plywood on the bunk is coming up, and the newest editions to the list - we tried using the window blinds for the first time and one of them will not stay down and the screws are trying to come through the linoleum on the floor. I had the word of David and James that the camper would be repaired the week of the 9th. All I had to do was make sure the deadbolt was not locked, I could lock the other section but not the deadbolt. We made a special trip to the camper the weekend of the 7th to make sure that this was done correctly. I received a call from David's worker that he did not have a key but would "try" to figure something out. I never heard anything else. Today James contacted me told me I would have to haul it back to the dealer (three hours), no the would not help with the cost to have it hauled and hung up on me. I have a detailed list of each time that I have contacted them and "David". First time I contacted them 5/26 today 9/1 - no repairs done to the camper.

That's where I did the trade-in. They disappeared and resurfaced in Prestonburg Kentucky. I don't know how they manage that one have to screwing so many people I can't believe they're able to open another business from what they've done to me has caused detrimental harm that greedy Owner doesn't realize just how badly he harmed me not just financially, but the fact that they stole from me, they are nothing but thieves. Coach Bob was the last person that did the paperwork with me. He said I was his last customer because he's retiring and he can't stand how he felt when they screwed people as he worked there as an employee pretty bad he actually shared that with me and said that's one of the reasons why he's leaving because the guilt hit him so badly. Evidently the owner has no conscience whatsoever and continues, causing destruction behind him. I certainly hope that they'll find it within themselves to give me my title and paperwork along with the money they stole from me because of his greed .
