Tip: People check you clothes pockets at home before washing, (paper, coins, receipts, etc.) and sort out clothes at home, darks, light and whites, heavy clothes together and blankets. I am very apprehensive about washaterias, but this one was so CLEAN and smelled great. I went on a Monday and was very pleased. There's a coin machine and there are two different sizes of machines for washing. The big machines are $7.50 and the small ones are $5.25. The cleanliness of this place made my view on washaterias change. Great job to the young man that was wiping everything down!

I mentioned to the guy onsite and he was not concerned. Told me I should have said something before my wash was competed. WTH! I expected my $4.50 back. I ended up spending another $4.50 in a different washer because I had still had clothes to dry. On top of that, he did not place a "out of order" sign on it. SMH Never again, I rather go to a packed laundry mat where customers are properly greeted and know they will do the right thing by their customers.

It's not a lot of loitering-just the usual from 10 years ago but they don't bother anyone they actually help the staff stay safe especially overnight. The guy who works overnight is very helpful as well. I'm giving a 4 bc there's always room for improvement.
