Jeff saved the day for me when all of a sudden my laptop decided that it was no longer Wi-Fi enabled. I'm pretty good at doing my own trouble-shooting, but I was in fear that the worst thing had happened, and that my OS got clobbered somehow. Here it is - a Sunday - and I NEED this thing. I was so happy to find that Jeff answered the phone on the second ring. He was able to talk me through a deeper examination and we determined that, indeed, I was looking at file corruption. His suggestion was to try and system restore - something I had never done before (it's easy but not something I would just randomly try on my own). It took almost 2 hours for the restore to complete, all the while I was freaking out because I'm realizing that if it's caught in an endless loop, I am risking that it will never restore and that I'll need an expert to try and get my existing off this thing (my back up hard-drive is in NJ!!!!) I had a PC that I've not used for awhile due to antivirus expiring, I also had a laptop that needed maintenance. I called Jeff at 7:30pm and met him an hour later. Next morning he had my computers cleaned up and running cleanly. My PC is 12 years old and now it pops from window to window cleanly. Also found that Jeff specializes in building PCs for gaming so I had him customize one for me. Jeff also does house visits for a small charge to ensure your system is set up correctly.
