Needed to get new batteries for our two iPhones. Took the phones in, had a diagnostic run on them and the batteries were ordered. A few days later we got the text saying the batteries were in and we could bring our phones in for the repair. Took about 3 hours total for both batteries to be replaced, and the cost was about the same as doing it through Apple, but we didnt have to give up our phones for a week (if Apple had done the repair). These guys absolutely rock. While this place is well known for fixing Apple products, they're knowledgeable with just about everything electronic. Long story short, I was doing my own Windows computer build for gaming. I had all the parts but was having issue after issue putting it together. It's been like 10 years since I built my last computer so I just didn't keep up with the times I guess. I called Computer Dr. BG on the phone, and they quoted me $100 to put everything together and work out any mishaps. The people of computer doctor BG are angels sent from above. During the quarantine, because of course, my MacBook Pro 2011 decided to not work. May or may not have been because I didn't maintain the updates. Needless to say when Apple stores started to open up again, I knew I would go. When I logged on to find an Apple store this place had an appointment in the next 45 minutes. Now it's important to know that I know nothing about fixing computers and get intimidated when I go places. When I showed up for my appointment they were beyond friendly and attentive and assisted me. They told me they would need to keep the computer and then they would run some tests to see if it could be fixed. They would then use a text messaging system to keep me updated with the status. They texted me the next day and let me know that they figured out the problem! They asked for me to confirm each step of the process and didn't blindside me at all with the price. They are only open during the week so I had to wait to go in but right when I got there they assisted me again. My computer works as good as new and I am so grateful. I've had this service done before and it was under $150 in CA which is an expensive state.
