I had to cal them back after a day of no response. After a short discussion with "Ernie" I was told to take my business elsewhere as they were to busy and did not want to mess with a $4000 job. Worst customer service I have ever had. They were condescending and put out that I had asked for an itemized estimate.Don't use these people. They want to rip you off by not itemizing estimates.

I would definitely recommend this funeral home because they treat you with compassion and they went above and beyond to accommodate us, since unfortunately we ended up using their services a lot faster than expected. Overall, they were punctual, compassionate, and very friendly. Craig Nelson answered the phone (outside of normal business hours!) and took down what little information I had. He promised to see what he could find and arranged a time to call me back. He went above and beyond to locate the records and help us figure out where my great grandfather was buried and all of us are so thankful. They don't use an answering service, so I was able to talk to him right away. He was kind, helpful, professional and empathetic - I can't imagine a better character for someone in this industry. He didn't try to brush off my call or delay returning my call, even though we were customers 40+ years ago. He treated me with respect and kindness. For a family who is grieving, I doubt there's a better place to gather and remember loved ones lost.

Andy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He performed several tests on a number of my PC components right there in front of me, was open and honest about exchanging ideas on what my PC problems might be, and gave good and genuine advice on what to do to fix my problems. He spent a solid hour of his time helping me and talking to me, and did not charge me a single cent for his time. While I typically would do this kind of thing myself, Andy saved me time and money and was a great source of information and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Computer Solutions to anyone who needed help building or repairing a computer.
