There was no line, no customers behind me, it was slow and 30-45 min from closing time. She's still on the clock. You represent CVS, your the face for CVS. How you deal with customers effects their image. Professionalism is important in your line of business. If you can't keep professionalism maybe you should work for mail order pharmacy. It might be a better fit for you since you don't want to deal with customers. PRINKAL-take a minute, face your customer and respond. Don't walk away answering them it's absolutely rude.

They tend to have lower pricing than other gas stations in the area, too. Their convenience store has ample and varied stock. Their liquor tends to be good quality at reasonable prices. They still have their restaurant but we haven't eaten there in several years so I can't speak to that. The only issue is if you have to make a left turn out of their parking lot. Turning left across three lanes of cross traffic on Algonquin and Roselle Roads can be treacherous. You're better off making a right, then making a u-turn.

It is totally unnecessary and is ill designed for car with a low front end clearance like mine. In short, do not use the car wash unless you have a front clearance of 5 inches or higher. So, if I need a prescription right away (and can't be mail ordered), I go to Walgreens. They do have a large selection of convenience items, toiletries, and even liquors. However, their prices are on the higher side. If I do have to pick something up at Walgreens, having such a wide variety of other items is just convenient. What is problematic is their staffing, particularly in their pharmacy. There is always a wait, whether you use their drive through or pick it up in the store. I feel badly for their pharmacists and Walgreens should consider adding staff to stores where there are long waits.
