I was stranded due to my new vehicle misfiring needing a tune up while I was on a small getaway 6hrs from home. It was a Sunday and many places were closed and no shops open. Thankfully I found a shop who could store my vehicle... all I had to do was find a tow. My insurance failed me, and even booked with a 3rd party tow company who I paid just to wait almost 1 1/2hr with no show. Cupertino was the chosen tow company who the 3rd party hired but decided to never send my payment to them (I will be leaving a review for them shortly on how disappointed I was) I only had a few hours to make it to the shop before they closed... it was an urgent matter! Thankfully, I just asked Cupertino if I can just pay them directly... they said yes with no hesitation and with a 20 min wait time... Oscar shows up with our tow! Oscar's customer service was hands down a gentleman and he knew his stuff! He was able to get us to our final destination and was so positive minded that I felt hey, we're taken care of now and can finally breathe. I've never felt my anxiety spike so badly with failure after failure. Their prices are reasonable and it's totally worth their amazing service. I even called just yesterday for a copy of my receipt to request reimbursement from my insurance and they helped me so quickly. Thank you again for your hard work it truly paid off!

Templer's towed my daughter's brand new truck on 11/10/25. On 11/11/25 DEF sensor light came on…read morewhich indicates it needs DEF fluid. Went to the auto parts store to get the fluid and the worker was kind enough to offer to help her add it to the truck. In doing so he remarked the fluid tank was almost full, that she probably had a faulty sensor and to get it checked out. Took it to the dealership to discover the wiring harness that controls the sensors had been ripped out and damaged. Scratches on the frame leads the service team to believe that due to the location of the harness the tow mechanism caused the damage. Called Templer's to advise and ask if they would help with the repair cost. I was told to file a case in small claims court, that there is no proof they caused the damage. No offer to share. Just go to court. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

When we arrived to pick up the car, they demanded over $500 to release it. No one explained these charges beforehand. AutoFox Towing straddles in between, with an ETA of about an hour and a half form Pittsburg to Brentwood. They came much earlier at 45 minuities which was great. What's really even better was that me and the driver had a great time chit chatting as we drive towards my place.
