Watch out! This guy is a scam! He does not have a tow truck or anything like that. He does not fix flat tires. He comes in a car to replace flat with a spare in your trunk and charge you $350. I had to spend additional money and labor to get me help when I was in a parking lot but this guy could not fix my tire. We were headed over the Golden Gate to catch a flight leaving in an hour when we hear a pop, then the Tesla warning lights start coming on. Luckily we were able to pull into a Marina parking lot before the tire completely deflated. We called an Uber and headed to our flight, this would have to wait. Normally this wouldn't be an issue as Tesla comes with roadside assistance for the first 50k miles. However, we have 52k miles on our car and unless we wanted to pay dealer prices they were not going to be much help. So in the Uber I started to frantically Google roadside providers in our city. Thats were I found Roberto. He definitely sticks out with the shear number of outstanding reviews he has. So I gave him a call. Wow. From the first second and the way he answered the phone, I was at ease. We made a plan for him to take the entire wheel off the car, drive it to Tesla, have it replaced, then drive it back and install it. Keep in mind I have to do all this from another state and trust everything will be done, and done well.
