*POSITIVE REVIEW* Gerardo is a LIFE SAVER! We had a huge 40' RV trailer delivered and needed it placed on the side of our house. When the delivery person from the RV company came, they completely turned their backs on us and wouldn't park it in the right spot. We called about 10 different companies and no one was willing to help us. A friend recommended Gerardo to us and it was the best advice we received. When Gerardo arrived, he mentioned the spot we wanted was an extremely tight fit, but it's not like we could just return an RV so he was willing to at least try for us and that meant the world after being turned down by others so many times that day. Gerardo went above and beyond customer service. He had to make a total of 3 trips back and forth to our home with 2 different tow trucks. We live on a hill and when he finally got the trailer on flat land, he even got out of his truck and helped us push it in place! We were finally able to maneuver the RV in its spot. He didn't complain once and even when there were times I felt like it wouldn't work, he still had a new idea to try. The entire job took a total of almost 6 hours! Anyone else would have quit after an hour or 2. We are so thankful for his help today and would 120% recommend him for any towing service. Great price and awesome to work with. I wanted to start by saying how much I am thankful and I appreciate this service by David. So I happened to be stranded on the side of the road and waiting for another tow truck to get here which I requested through my insurance. I waited 2:20 hours and no response or updates from my insurance, which I then ended up canceling. Long story short, after being livid and frustrated, I called near by tow truck companies instead and happened to call this company. David whom answered my call was able to provide immediate services knowing the situation I was in. David was able to provide road side assistance within 15-20 minutes of my location. David advised that I save my receipt and let my insurance company know in order to get reimbursed. After dealing with AAA tow service and sending 2 different trucks that said they couldn't help me and closing out the 3rd truck from coming I was very upset to say the least!!! I called Mt. Diablo Towing and spoke to Gerardo he was the BEST!!! not only did he come at the scheduled time he was able to get my car up on his tow truck in less than 15 mins. (something AAA wouldn't even attempt even though I pay them every year for tow service) He then asked would I like him to wash down my driveway to remove the tire marks that were left behind.
