When you have the quantity of rolls you get posted online for an order of large pizza roll for $9.99 and only end up with 10/12 rolls I expect to receive 12 rolls as described online. This isn't the first time I haven't received the exact amount that is advertised plus the marianna sauce was spilled. I ordered a pizza from this place for delivery. When I got the pizza it wasn't what I had ordered. So I call them and tell them that they had sent me the wrong pizza. The person on the phone tells the manager what has happened. The manager said that they would remake the pizza and deliver it back to me . But I had to return the messed up pizza to the delivery driver. So either the manager is calling me a liar or they are gonna re deliver this pizza to the person that actually had ordered it. I highly recommend that you do not order anything from a place that calls u a liar or re delivers pizza.... read more

The food is great, and the service is usually fast. Prices are reasonable, and delivery, if you go that route is free, you don't get that very often. Although I've never eaten inside, I have picked food up, and the inside seems like any quick restaurant where you can have a seat. My only complaint is that they're closed on Mondays, which is when I usually do a lot of takeout, cuz...f Monday. Food has gone way downhill. Multiple times we've ordered food and our drinks come 2/3 full. My son and his friends have been there, paid for their orders and been tossed out of the place for no reason other than the fact that they are teenagers. Hands down, I think this is the best pizza in Hillsboro, Ohio. I love their atmosphere, love the posters, love the kids can have fun playing games. A cool movie is usually playing. It's a nice place to take the family. The people that work there are friendly. I like how they kept some of the memorabilia from the theater in there. Very cool. This is an, order at the counter & we'll bring your food to you, restaurant. The employees are usually pretty friendly. We've been here a few times now & I've tried some different things. I'm finding that there are a few things they do really well, and others not so great. I had a burger one time & it was ok. My husband got a coney last time and the bun was completely soggy and not enjoyable;had to be eaten with a fork. Grandkids got grilled cheese & those looked great. One got chicken strips & those were great. Most places I've ever gotten a steak & mushroom sandwich, it's very good and very similar to each other no matter where you go: large meat that fills the bun, lots of gravy squishing out & plenty of banana peppers. Here though, the meat on steak sandwich was pretty small & there was almost no gravy- maybe a tablespoon and 2 single banana pepper rings. So that was a disappointment. Another time I got a Rueben sandwich, I think that was pretty good. Yesterday I thought I'd try the chicken & noodles. It turned out to be the special & came with side of mashed potatoes & small salad. When my meal came out, I was excited to try the chicken & noodles. They were the thick, Amish looking type of noodles. So Disappointed. The the noodles were dry & rubbery and the dish had almost no broth and hardly any chicken or flavor! I just couldn't eat them. The mashed potatoes were ok, tasted like decent instant potatoes. I poured the tiny bit of broth from the noodles into the potatoes to add some moisture. But the salad! The salad is consistently great! Shredded lettuce so it's easy to eat. And any veggies they have for pizza, sandwiches, etc you can add to your salad. My husband & son got pizzas and those seem to be consistently good- burn your fingers & tongue hot. My son got the cheeseburger pizza & said it was good & he also ordered the garlic knots. They looked delicious! He said they were great! - until he got to the 3rd one- it was uncooked dough inside. He tried another- each of the rest of the order were beautifully golden outside, but gooey dough inside. Maybe a new cook or maybe oil temperature wasn't quite right? Not sure. But it is frustrating to pay for a meal and have a decent portion of it inedible. Summary: friendly fun place for the family, great pizza & salads, but other menu items may or may not be good or fully cooked. But it's a great place for families & large groups to come hang out; with large booths and game rooms, pool & ping pong tables, etc. read more

My friend was telling me how good of a place this was so we drove 1 hour to get here. The ordering process was an acceptable experience but once I received my food it did not look appetizing at all so I went up there to see if i could exchange it for something else and the person up front was just rude and then when my friend got her chicken and noodles it was so dry and looked like it was sitting out for hours. They gave me another order of it but soon after all we heard was cussing and then the manager and customers were fighting, manager called a customer a fat b****. Overall the people were very rude and disrespectful. The food isn't even that good to be acting that way. The two servers are disrespectful and if I could give zero stars I would . Who gives someone nasty food and when they ask for a refund you tell them no!? Especially when the chicken salad was yellow !!! read more

We stumbled upon this restaurant and very glad we did. Lots of different foods to choose from. My husband has a burger and fries and said it was delicious! I had fish and fries which was also delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant. And if you have kids you should bring them here. While visiting from out of town, we found this place thanks to Yelp and it was a great spot for lunch. We had a couple of pizzas with a salad. Post Renovation Update: I really enjoy 24 exchange. It is a great local restaraunt with some really cool things to try. They have recently undergone a renovation, and it was a fantastic one! Often there will be a movie playing on a projector in the lower half of the restaraunt, or there are individual tables with TV's and remotes for you to use. There are also several arcade games in the lower half. If you're looking for a quiet meal, the upper half still has that relaxed pizza joint feel. Every pizza I have had here has been good, delivery or dine in. They are also extremely affordable if you are on a budget. I recommend The pizza rolls with some marinara to dip in, or the chicken bacon ranch pizza. They have both Pepsi and coke products but I can not skip out on the Vanilla Coke. I don't know if this is really a relevant complaint BUT I feel like I just need to say it. I am big into online ordering. It's usually just more convenient and it's really nice to see the menu at my own pace and edit and send at my leisure. The thing that gets me is that you HAVE to order $12.00 worth of food to even have anything delivered. I think it's a high bar to reach, especially if you're ordering for one or two people. Another thing that irked me was..I ordered something and was charged to have a specific condiment added. I'm not upset at all about the charge. I was perturbed that I actually didn't receive the "extra" and when I called the store again..maybe hoping just to get a credit or something, it wasn't a big deal. But the lady who answered the phone actually told me that it was JUST X AMOUNT OF MONEY...and didn't even offer me the credit or anything. I thought that was so rude. My husband and I went here on Friday October 6. We were going to the First Friday Cruise-In and wanted to try a new place that was close to where the cruise-in was. After walking around and talking to people, most suggested 24 Deli. We got their Friday special which was the steak hoagie. It was huge and filling and very good. I am a small eater so to me this was enough for 3 people. My husband had trouble finishing and loved it. We will definitely come back so we can try other items.
