This man saved me from full on insanity. I had a filling fall out and let it go for a month or so and this thing exploded in pain one night. I called and was sitting in his chair an hour later with an exam and X-rays already done. I needed an emergency root canal (which I had a good idea I needed). Now, I'd had a root canal before, but this was different, in a good way. He performed the root canal to the point to close it up, but because I had time (I'm local) he wanted to let the antibiotics work for a couple of days before he did a final cleaning of the canals that of which was done perfectly. He took X-rays of each tooth canal as he finished them to show me. It was very thorough. I owe him a great debt past the cost of the repair. read more

I was blinded and insane with pain. I called at 05:00 and made an appointment for that morning. I admit the place is not the cleanest and Dr. Sidawi is definitely a character, but he saved me that morning. It was Memorial Day Monday and he still took me in when every other place was closed. What a brilliant business model: to save your vacation from tooth pain! He assessed that I needed an emergency root canal and did it on the spot. He was very efficient and proficient at numbing the area adequately. I felt no pain during the entire procedure. He did a great job cleaning out the root, applying some antibiotic and temporarily closing the tooth. He also prescribed antibiotics for the infection, which I am still on. He even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. When I told him I still had some pain, he insisted I come back in and have him take a look. Well, I had class and couldn't come right away, so I suggested the following day. I think the pain was from the trauma the tooth had gone through because it continued to decrease. I returned the following day for him to check it and he ended up completing the procedure. He was very meticulous and used a microscope to make sure he removed everything black inside the tooth. Again, I had zero pain from the procedure and the drilling and scraping was done without anesthetic! He flushed out the tooth to remove any possible bacteria and closed it up permanently. Today is Friday and I am able to chew like normal. I am not taking Tylenol or any pain relievers. I would never recommend this quack. He quoted me 200 to replace a crown. When I got there he said it would be 125 for consultation then more for treatment. He then looked at my tooth said there wasn't much he could he could do need to see my own dentist. Then he wanted to get paid for his consultation?? This guy is a sham. The guy is a legend. He answered my call at 2am for severe tooth pain. He examed me and gave me antibiotics and ibuprofen. Didn't try to push a procedure rather he numbed it and told me to wait until morning to see how antibiotic worked. He also doesn't accept insurance so he told me its best if I wait to go to endontist to use insurance. On top of that he drove me to pharmacy to pick up the prescription. I know this place looks sketch, but I promise you it's far from it. Last Thursday, I was woken up out of my sleep due to wisdom tooth pain that I could no longer ignore. I called these guys and the dentist rolled out of bed at 3AM to treat the pain for my tooth. I was given a shot of lidocaine to help numb the pain, and the dentist wrote me a prescription for antibiotics until I could see an oral surgeon. Fast forward, I was able to get both of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday at Extraction & Denture Center the experience was 100% pain, even with me having an infected/impacted wisdom tooth. I was coming back for the weekend and the wire on my permanent retainer came off. Since it was the weekend, the normal dentist was closed and I had to be on the road by Monday. Thankfully, Dr. Sidawi was able to see me and glue my wire back. However, I had to go back to see him the next day because my top overnight plastic retainer wasn't fitting. Last Friday I started to feel a little pain coming from the right side of my mouth. As the day went on it got increasingly worse so I took some OTC pain meds and went to sleep. I woke up in the most amount of pain I've ever experienced from something dental. I grabbed my phone and started looking for dentists that would be open on a Saturday and found "The 24 hour dentist". I called, left a message and Dr. Sidawi called me back asking me when I'd like to come in. I was already down the road so he said okay, I'll be there in 20 minutes. He was amazing!!!! He made me feel very comfortable immediately. He made sure to take plenty of x-rays to make sure he had the full picture of what was going on and immediately got to work. An area of my gums had gotten pretty badly infected and he worked diligently to clean out the infection and show me what was wrong. He prescribed me some antibiotics, pain medicine, and oral rinse with instructions for care. He also asked me to come back in three days so he could take a look and see how it was healing. Again, Dr. Sidawi was awesome!!! I sincerely appreciated his genuine concern and level of care he provided. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sidawi. Listen up, this is not a fancy, well staffed, dental office. It is a great option for someone having an emergency in the middle of the night. The dentist is a man who apparently uses his cell phone as the business line and actually answers the phone when you call. I took my son down to Orlando from New York to look at colleges. At 3am, he wakes me in extreme pain from an infected wisdom tooth. This dentist answered my call and met me at the office within 15 minutes! He immediately did X-rays, drained the abscess, and gave us prescriptions for antibiotics, mouth rinse, Motrin 800, and sent us on our way. AMAZING!!! This was the most horrific experience I have ever had. I shattered a molar and exposed the nerve. I went to this dentist for help but he refused to numb me completely saying I was a big cry baby. When I said the area wasn't numb and asked for more numbing medicine he yelled at me to stop telling him how to do his job. He was professional and knowledgeable, thorough in his X-rays and analysis of tooth damage, and had a very kind and encouraging bed side manner.
