Terrible customer service. Very bad location too. We pull up and are not greeted by anyone. Two tire techs are nonchalant and border line rude. They tell us 45 mins. We come back in an hour and twenty five mins and the car wasn't even pulled in. We made a blank trip for nothing. Had to come all the way back and waste more time. The African American lady was nice that took care of us when we got back. They need a some real help when it comes to customer service. I will not be coming back ever. Let me provide a little context. Imagine waking up feeling chest pain and seeing that you have a flat tire. Yeah for someone that deals with anxiety this was a bit much. Thankfully I was able to get hold of them early in the morning. Hadn't slept well with the chest pains so they came to me (rather than towing my car) and took care of the tire for a good price. I thought I needed a new tire. I left and noticed a bunch of like rocking and pulling to the right. I went to get a check the next day at my mechanic. He thought it was my suspension and also noticed that my tire had an extreme dip in the front which could've caused me to have a blowout on the highway I didn't go back to them. Back home a plug is $7-$10 and used tires range from $35-$45 so I was thrown for a loop at the price. A replacement used tire from here would've been $60. I would not patronize again. The prices change every visit and throughout the day. They try to take as much as they can from you while doing the least amount of work. Last time I came here I was forced to come back the next day because they decided not to tell me about my other bad tire and I had to have my car inspected by PepBoys to find out why it was running poorly, just to be told my tire was I the red. Not a great tire shop to go to alone as a woman, they are very money hungry and lazy. Their work ethic non existent. They asked for $30 for a patch and $20 for a plug, ultimately we paid $50 for a new tire (because it was after 10). They will say anything. I remember being stuck just less than 10 minutes from them and they tried to charge me $180 just to come out with a tire. Just ridiculous. Came here for an alignment and it wasn't super clear how this all worked since we can't wait inside anymore. We got out and talked to someone changing a tire, and he told us to wait for a bit. In that time, 3 other cars showed up and got their tires replaced. They seem to do a pretty good job of it, considering they mostly do everything with battery tools and hand tools. I'm impressed how quickly they can turn it around, and it's all done out in their parking lot. Our alignment went pretty smooth, and the mechanic was friendly explaining the adjustments made. If you need a quick job done, this would be a good spot. Just be prepared for a more informal service than if you were to go to one of the bigger shops. read more

Employers are rude and will tell you 2 different prices! Once while they're getting the tire size by looking at your car and then will come back and up the price once the tire is getting put on ! Also the manager black guy I honestly thought he was actually a cool dude. Employer went to him and twisted my question about the pricing of the tires. This is the worst tire shop I've ever been! I went there Friday night and they almost killed me and my family! They forgot to screw the lug nuts of the tire. This place is a scam! I had 2 tires go flat at 3:00 in the morning and was towed to this shop. I was told that my rims were bent which is what caused my tires go flat, they fixed one rim and tried to fix the other (they overheated my rim causing it to crack and now I have to buy a brand new rim)I ended up paying for 2 tires that cost me $428 and they ended up keeping my Michelin tires that were only flat because of my rims. I completely got screwed and this place cost me over $950 dollars. Please save your money and go to discount tire.
