Everything was ALWAYS on point...and let me be clear on the fact that we are one of the regulars, we come in DAILY, but after yesterday, we will NOT be going to the Waipahu shop again. Yesterday's experience was the worst. Not only was I denied the military discount because she refused to accept my military ID stating it's "not the one I accept, maybe others do...but not me." Even though it shows active duty on it. Let's start from the beginning of this whole interaction, where she charged us for an item we didn't even get, and then when I called her out on it, she got an attitude with me and started yelling "do you want me to refund it? Is that you want?!? You want me to refund you?" (This was the short girl who always wears a hat, and mind you the lead was not in the store right now) She was literally getting an attitude and yelling at me for her charging me for a product we never even looked at...and then I noticed she didn't put the military discount so I asked about it and got her excuse! When she first rang me up she said oh you got the military discount, and the $5 off....cue my total and me asking for a receipt...and her literally THROWING it in my face. Noticing that we were charged for a product we didn't get, and no military discount. Then her manager walks in and she starts telling me, you never had to yell at me, that was uncalled for. Mind you I never yelled, I simply questioned why I was charged so much....seems like she was upset because she wanted that 4g joint to herself. But she had to gaslight now because the lead, who knows us and is literally the sweetest, was there. And when I wanted to ask about the discount in front of the lead she again chimed in and lied to save herself...mind you SHE overcharged us, SHE lied about the discount and yet I left there in tears wondering what the hell and just happened because we go there daily and never in the history of ever has anything remotely close happened. I tried to call after to find out how to get the number for the main management, but they weren't going to answer the phone. I really think that management needs to know what type of person they hired on their staff. She is absolutely a liar and thief. That discount and joint were going to be hers, which is why she never once apologized and had to gaslight us. If you're going to the Waipahu store, watch out for the short sis in the hat, she will ring you up for things and then get mad at you for it....and she'll lie to your face with some cover story later. If main management could reach out to me it would be greatly appreciated. I love Hawai'i Cheapest Vapes, and spend CHOKE money there...I don't want you to be ruined by someone like her.

Labubuness... When…read moreNadine C saw some post of Eciggity stock of Labubu the curiosity just had to have me see what exactly they had and gosh I wasn't prepared for what I saw. Located in Pearl Kai Shopping Center near T-Mobile where parking is free and easy with so many available I can almost see from the outside window the inventory which is a little corner of the shop a huge variety of Pop Mart items. Yes they have the Labubu blind boxes of various bag charms and figurines along with clothing it's a one stop shop for the elusive monster that I'm falling in love with. Along with Disney, Dimoo World, and Sonny Angel just to name a few some super rare are also available like Mokoko...never knew but is super cute and really had me wanting it more than I'd like to admit along with clothing to dress them up is founder as well. The staff are very knowledgeable as well though it's not their inventory but another vendor which is why it's all cash for payment and luckily I didn't have that much cash on me so I just enjoyed my browse. Irene said it's E-sig-it-ee... like an E-cigarette. Ohhh... Yes, it's basically a vape shop with a vendor who accepts cash or venmo only. In the corner, there's a shelf of Labubus and other blind boxes. On the wall, there are Labubu outfits and accessories! Wow! Everything was cute, but the prices were a bit high. I enjoyed looking at all of the kawaii merchandise! The workers were friendly and knowledgeable! Thanks for the air-conditioning, free parking, and fun experience!

The girl who helped us was slow, rude, looked and sounded as if she didn't want to be and work there. She refused to let my Bf use his mom's card, so I stepped in to see if I can make the purchase since I wanted to purchase something for myself as well, but she said "you're going to end up selling it to him" so she also refused to let me purchase anything for myself as well. It makes no sense because she made it seem like I'm selling to a minor (which is laughable) AND he actually used that card plenty of times in that same location in the past!
