I usually come here for my papers and filters etc. They usually have good customer service and greet me well but for some odd reason the slim asian dude working tonight wanted to be all anal about what papers I wanted. I accidentally asked for "RAW brown hemp king size" he asked me brown or hemp showing me the 2. I acknowledge and say "My bad I want the hemp papers" I then ask if they have the black Raw in king size as well. He responds "Yes but are you sure you know what you want"? Showing me the hemp and regular black king size available. I respond "Yes I know what I want, the regular black one instead of the hemp because I picked the "brown hemp papers" earlier. Total came out to $9 for the 2 RAW king size papers and 1 booklet of RAW cone filters. Paid $10 cash and dropped my $1 change in their tip box regardless. read more

I've been here a few times, and while they usually provide decent service, these past few times and especially this last experience was sub-par. I don't live near the store, so I usually call in advance to make sure they have the product I want before I make the drive over. I called and gave them the specific name of the product that I wanted, and they said they had it in stock, so after a 30+ minute drive, I was told they don't have that product, but something similar. I asked the clerk and instead of saying he didn't know he actually stopped what he was doing and did the research to find out. I appreciated this so much as I have an allergy to propylene glycol.
