The girl who helped us was slow, rude, looked and sounded as if she didn't want to be and work there. She refused to let my Bf use his mom's card, so I stepped in to see if I can make the purchase since I wanted to purchase something for myself as well, but she said "you're going to end up selling it to him" so she also refused to let me purchase anything for myself as well. It makes no sense because she made it seem like I'm selling to a minor (which is laughable) AND he actually used that card plenty of times in that same location in the past! So, pretty upset while I'm typing this out. Called about 30 minutes before closing. Don't really wanna drive to the store for nothing. Calling ahead is just smart. About 5-10 minutes before closing I make it. First thing they say when I get through the door is they're only taking card, no cash. My face just goes into a smile. Wow, really! You couldn't have told me this when I called and told you I was heading over. I asked are they sure they couldn't take my cash. She said no. I'm not sure but I think I just seen them take the drawer in the back as I walked in. Next time inform a guy that it's card only. Wasted time and gas for nothing. Rude store manager named SHAY ( black hair always in a bun or updo , most of the time wear black jacket or black shirt and she's short with wedding ring. Came in the first thing in the morning when they open at 10am, There was two male gentleman at the store one was looking around doesn't seem to know what he wanted and one was looking around looking indecisive of what to get but still talking to the female worker , Since I'm a regular I know what I wanted and I just want to get in and out . I told the female worker that I know what I wanted nicely so she can just ring me up real quick and by the time she's done ringing me the other customer would've had time to know what he wanted . Instead I get an nasty attitude from this female working telling me she can't help me because she's "helping " two other people in front of me which these two people were not even ready and she just keeps following them around when I already know what I want and it's a quick second to just ring me up which that could've been done less than a minute but instead she decided to follow these two male gentleman around like a puppy waiting just waiting for them and I'm just standing there waiting knowing I know what I wanted . Anyways my time came around she still has that attitude and no apologies. I asked her what was her name and she said SHAY and she even spelled it out (which was odd in my opinion unless I would asked you ) and she said she's the manager or assistant manager with an attitude , I asked her if I was able to get a free vape if spend $40 or more since I always get free vape every visit I go and she said no without explanation , didn't even look in the counter if there was any with an dismissive attitude. I did not get a thank you at the end or anything she just handed out the receipt . The snarky attitude and tone of voice you gave me this morning was unacceptable coming from a "Manager". You need to do better maybe another course of customer service class ? Other employees are nice and they do acknowledge and thank people coming in and out of that door . So I notice this place just walking around the mall on my 15 mins break. Didn't know they had a kiosk. I'm all smiles about it and it's convenient for me just incase I ran out of juice or atomizers. I visited this kiosk while out shopping with a friend. At first, I was apprehensive to walk up because I don't smoke cigarettes but still wanted to try vaping. Lots of people look down on that. I used to work in a headshop, so I'm somewhat knowledgeable. I also used to own a hookah back in the day, which sparked my interest in vaping e-juice. As I approached the two women working greeting me with smiles. I told them what I wanted and was introduced to their line of starter kits. Lawren is a wealth knowledge. She was very comfortable to talk to and I really respected her opinion on what kind of kit to buy. When it came down to buying e-juice, Lawren was very patient with me as I chose a flavor. She seemed very adamant about me not get any juice with nicotine (as I am a non-smoker). I commend her integrity. I ended up getting a delicious vanilla cream flavor that tastes so amazingly awesome. I initially I was looking for replacement coils (24 kart Atom) for my Kanger Tech. But she told me they know longer carry that item. They sold me the wrong one and it didn't work with the stick. Took it back to get my money back and they don't refund.
