When I asked the young lady why is this always a problem the young man came from behind a vehicle and said "what did she say" his demeanor and tone appeared aggressive. While I sat in the car the young man came over and we begin to talk and I explained to him he may want to tone it down. He appear to receive my advise and ask me to please come back. Sometimes we must take a few minutes to encourage our younger generation times are different and life is lifing for a lot of them and they remain silent which is why we have so many mental health issues. I get there and one of the Managers inform me that the 50 percent only apply a to synthetic blend.Then like most shops, they informed me of other things that they claimed I needed like engine filter, full coolant flush & refill plus the fact that our vehicle ( 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander SE) with over 100,000 miles required their $104.00 full synthetic oil change.... They were trying to up-sell different packages but I ended up just getting the oil change & fuel system cleaner. I could tell that the service rep was pissed that I didn't get more things done despite me mentioning that I was searching for comparison oil change deals.He seemed offended & got a bit loud after my eldest daughter spoke to him on speaker phone from my cell & asked why he was trying to up-sell me??? The initial ( manager/tech) named Donovan remained professional but he was definitely giving off a tense/negative vibe & it's stressful because they have you pull in & pop the hood & basically I felt pressured to get the expensive oil change despite only stopping by to get a quote of how much it would be with the coupon? Oh they offer you a complimentary bottle water, it's a gimmick for sure! I feel like this company coupon offers are BAIT & Switch & misleading! The employees remind me of car salesman...say anything to seal the deal & try to get customers to spend extra money! The guy showed me the dipstick but the oil looked kinda dark, I mentioned it and he claim it was residual from the old oil or whatever...dude definitely had major attitude & a hostile vibe. They had the nerve to have a sign that says honk your horn when you leave if you had good service ( rolling my eyes) because nobody honked their horn including other customers who left before me. I just left there feeling uneasy as if I got scammed & a feeling of distrust! Honestly not sure if they really added new oil or not????! I really regret stopping here first, should have went by one of the other businesses that Google suggested.

I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). The shop surrounding is pretty much dilapidated but still gets the task done. Why spend $39 down the road when for $27 oil, oil refuse charge and tax included? Sure, you might not want to take your BMW/Mercedes/Lamborghini here but for more than $10 bucks saving you can come back at a more frequent timing to get that oil changed and keep that engine running. Other services here are your usual transmission flush, inspection, windshield wiper change etc.
