He got ground all the way except to a plug on the solenoid. After about thirty minuted he said I can't fix your tractor. Then, he asked if I wanted to sell it. He said he buys tractors that won't start and takes them home to work on them. I didn't think quick enough to ask why can't you get it running here. I paid $250 for nothing. Then I found out about you guys and called at 3:00pm when day and you offered to send a mechanic right out. In about thirty minutes, he discovered the negative cable wasn't grounding so he ran a cable to the engine block and the tractor started immediately. $182.00 well spent. They had me sign a "We Owe" form where they would essentially allow me to bring my car back to their lot and they'd repair the damage. When I brought the car back, they had a contractor work on it, but he didn't improve it at all. So my salesman sent me to the International Collision Center in downtown Killeen. I'm glad he did. Of all the vehicle maintenance I've had, this was easily the best place I've gone to. The place is a little hard to find--it's a small business that opened its doors in 2016 so it appears to still be working on its outreach--but once I was in the door, the customer interaction was world class. After a few phone calls, I scheduled a time to bring my car in. When I made it there, I was immediately greeted by the owner. His name is Lenny, and in speaking with him for a bit before I turned my car over, I learned very quickly that this guy has spent a lifetime working hard to provide several good services for his customers. Lenny's worked in the automotive industry for the majority of his life and recently decided to start his own business. He's done a great job so far. On top of the body work I needed, I decided to get my windows tinted, too. He said, "Yeah, we can tint your windows, man. We can do pretty much anything!" He talked a lot about honesty with his customers and how important it is to keep it real with them. He got to know me and seemed genuinely interested in learning about his clientele. I appreciated that a lot. It definitely helps that he's an attractive and charming guy who actually smiles for a change, too. By the end of the entire transaction, the eyesore was gone and the windows were tinted. He also charged a very fair price for the work and gave me a lifetime warranty for the window tint. In the future, I look forward to keeping in touch with this team and helping them spread the word. Lenny made me feel comfortable and kept it real. I think that's the kind of service we're all looking for when we need a helping hand.

So I'm right back where I started with a messed up roof and a messed up hood. How is that fair. Then yall wouldn't even talk to me. The old bait and switch.
