After waiting for an hour for ANOTHER tow company, I called to get updated ETA and it was going to take another two. I cancelled service and called Mid Tex Towing. The gentleman that answered the phone was helpful and professional in delivering accurate pickup time (1 hour) and cost. The driver actually showed up 18 minutes before the hour and was very friendly, accommodating, quick and made me feel comfortable. An extra bonus, the inside of the truck was very clean. I not only had a flat but running low on gas. We stopped at the gas station So that I could fill up before dropping me at the dealership to get my car fixed. After 2 hours , they call it trickle for a reason. In order to be in 109% charge, I'd have to be there till Saturday morn. Well through progressive insurance , I called for roadside assistance to get myself and the car home. Kayden called after getting the assignment called to let me know how long of a wait I had. He arrived within the 25 minute window, secured the car to the flatbed and headed out. I felt safe, comfortable and he stopped at a gas station and bought me water. In this Texas heat it was so appreciated. We arrived to my house, he placed the car where I needed. I really just enjoyed his company. I respect the job they have done, but I don't think they are very professional. they forgot to screw the spark plug bolt back, didn't even screw back the engine air pipes after no more than 30 min diagnosis, and I said that I tried to replace the spark plugs before, then they only tested the spark plugs and did a compression pressure testing, other than that no more testing, then they charge me $200, and told me that I need to replace the whole engine. This makes me not feel good. car is not fixed, the root reason is not sure, and need to spend more money and time on it to find out the root causes of why it can't start up. But still thanks for coming.
