The place is spotless, whenever I go in I see someone cleaning something!!! The people working there are very pleasant and helpful. Parking is difficult but you can arrange for someone to come out and help you bring in the laundry from the curb and help return it when you are done. Big screen tv's where you can watch the latest thing the president did. Claw machines to get Labubu's. Even concierge service at the front desk. Modern shiny chrome washers and dryers. They look new and fresh. And just being near them makes you feel new and fresh, and hopeful of the future. I love their pay by card system. I recommend putting 20 dollars cash at a time on your Lee Laundry Mall card, because if you put a 20 dollar bill on your card, you get 2 extra dollars free? What value! And it's so clean here. So clean in fact, that as I walked in today there was a lady cleaning the floor. I didnt want to get in her way but WOW! How many laundromats keep their place this clean? It's the cleanest laundromat in town! Love is a precious word that I use very sparingly but I'll say it here. I LOVE the Lee Laundry Mall. We have a full time housekeeper who usually washes all this, but thought I'd make her life easier and send it out to a laundromat. At 200 dollars... I actually could've just purchased 2-3 new bath rugs and two dog beds and saved money. In addition, we had a pick up service requested days in advance, and they completely forgot to pick up the items between 8-3pm on the day and timeframe stated. I actually had to call them to remind them twice about the pickup, they eventually came to get it. Anyway, I pay my housekeeper less for an entire day of work and doing laundry, and my dry cleaner less weekly for laundering. So I just would never use this service again. Would not recommend this place at all, as it seems absurd for their pricing and value. Just buy yourself new items or use a dry cleaner. You'll get more out of that and better customer service as well.

NEW OWNER, WATCH OUT!…read more I called and got Elio. Seemed nice, and the reviews here were good (Now I see most are old), so I had him pick up. He said "the driver, Mike" will call to arrange pick up. He called a few minutes later, I told him to knock/ring and I'll get him the bags. I brought two of the three bags out and popped back inside to grab a third. When I came back, the bags were gone. No knock/ring or "hey, can I take these?" Nothing, just gone. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from some other named laundry company, telling me I have to Venmo or Zelle him $48. WHAT???? He hadn't even had time to weigh the bags. I had spoken on the phone to TWO men. They said nothing of any of this. They were changing the terms of the agreement. I called Elio on the store phone line, or so I thought. He then told me he sold the company to Mike the driver, and deal with him. He said that he is just doing the laundry work for Mike, but it's Mike's company now. Then he told me he isn't in the store, or even in the state. I tell him I don't like deal being changed, and I don't have their payment methods, and to just bring the bags back. He told me I will have to PAY THEIR MINIMUM, $25 to get my clothing back!!!!! When I objected, he started mouthing off to me. I hung up and called the local Police, who sent a car over. They took care of it. The infractions were clear: - They took the bags without notice (not even all the bags I had) - They changed the agreement after the fact. - They tried to create an illegal bailment with my property. You can't make this stuff up!

They do an excellent job with the clothes, and always pick up and drop off in a timely manner. We have recently started using their dry cleaning service as well, and have been very happy with the care they've shown our garments. Highly recommend!
