My experience with 26 Motors, it started off great working with the sales team, Tim was my salesman Tim was thoughtful and knowledgeable of the inventory cars. Tim display patient when I was making a decision on the exact car that I want it, from there I started working with the finance team, I sat down with the sales manager Eric, and we starting discussing my options, and once the deal was finalized, Eric B started up the paperwork, I pick the car up two days later. the only gripe that I have is buying car outer state check with the DMV regulations beforehand, However Gigi with DMV services did a great job resolving issue with out of state customers as far as vehicle, registration and title. read more

She sent me the carfax and address I requested while still on the phone and once I arrived the salesman knew the car I was coming to see. I filled out the credit application and while we were on the test drive their finance managers Devon/MJ got me approved for the car with $0 out of my pocket. The absolute worst dealership to exist; how they have a 3 part lot is beyond me. We purchased a car from here about a month and a half. We've only had the car in our driveway at most, a week. The remainder of the time it was with the service department for the back window defect, brakes and rotors. A week process turned into this car basically belonging back to the dealer. Every salesman / service person we spoke to STOPPED answering their phone about a car that we've needed back for weeks. Dooooo notttttt bother with this place! Came here after seeing a car on the car gurus website, called and was told repeatedly that the car was available. Explained that to drive into the Bronx from Queens is a hassle as the person answering the phone, Genesis, called me back and explained they had it. I then received a text with a third confirmation stating the vehicle was available. Arrive at the dealership, NO SAID CAR. We only discovered this after waiting for 1 hour with a three year old. Called the day before to confirm the price. For some reason I didn't check the reviews. I drove 2 hours , decided to check the reviews while I waited and they were all correct. Since I was there I asked the questions within the first 3 minutes and they confirmed. The car prices listed online are after $5000 down payment. So the car cost $5000 more. There is a lot fee, he said $2000. Then there is a $4000 warranty. So the cars are pretty much listed $11,000 under what they are actually selling it for. Don't waste your time read more

He didnt just trying to sell me anything he sold me a beautiful 2016 bmw 428 and it was perfect.
