When I brought these issues to Ron's attention, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he became defensive and crabby. We were also pressured into finalizing a sale on a vehicle we originally did not want. I especially didn't appreciate Ron making jokes about me not knowing much about cars. Comments like that make me question whether customers who aren't knowledgeable about vehicles are being treated differently or taken advantage of. Communication and follow-through were also poor throughout the process. I was pressured to leave a review, only for that review to later be taken down, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, I left feeling pressured, unheard, and disappointed with both the purchase and the customer service. I expected better communication, transparency, and professionalism.

He was helpful throughout the process, explaining that Lexus no longer manufactures the insert for the older wiper blades. The battery cap was open, it was clearly drained during the service and clearly jumped by the dealership, but no one communicated that to me. Given that I drive a hybrid, and it was a short distance home, I never had the chance to charge up the battery. This led to a delay in going to work the next morning. Both experiences unfortunately led to an unpleasant impression and I am not sure who to reach out to for such concerns. I feel like customers should be communicated to when their battery is drained during service knowing that it's a hybrid vehicle.

I brought my truck to Scarsdale Ford for a major repair and paid over $7,000 for the work. When I picked up my truck, I later noticed multiple scratches on the painted trim directly above the Ford emblem that were not there before the repair. I have photographs taken before the service that show this area was undamaged. I contacted the dealership immediately and made several attempts to resolve the issue professionally. Unfortunately, what disappointed me most wasn't just the damage--it was how I was treated afterward. I repeatedly asked to speak with the Service Manager, but she never came out to speak with me. Instead, other employees were sent to tell me there was "nothing they could do." No one appeared interested in inspecting the damage with me or discussing a possible resolution. I also attempted to reach the General Manager, but my calls were never returned. I then opened a case with Ford Corporate, sent a certified letter, and even filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General after I was unable to get any meaningful response from the dealership. I made every effort to resolve this matter privately before posting this review. I understand that mistakes can happen during vehicle repairs. What separates a good dealership from a bad one is how they respond when a customer raises a legitimate concern. In my experience, there was no accountability, no meaningful communication, and no effort to make things right after I had just spent thousands of dollars at their dealership. A day after, I got a call from Mark who said that the car was good to go and that it had no issues for driving. I was surprised and happy to hear that. I paid $160 and picked up the car soon after and started driving it back down to Brooklyn. I quickly learned that M&M had spent no time working on my car. There was a range of issues. There was a scraping sound of the inside of the bumper falling off whenever I drove. The car was in desperate need of an oil change. The brakes were so worn down that they were unsafe for driving and the car rattled whenever I drove. On top of all these issues, the car had tires at 10 PSI (they are normally supposed to be at 33 PSI). Finally I learned that the car's horn didn't even work when I needed it most on my drive back down to the city. I called multiple times frustrated about what I even paid for. I felt lied to when Mark told me that my car was good to go when it clearly was unsafe to drive and wouldn't pass state inspection in its state. I felt gaslit by the woman on the phone who told me that there was no issue and that Mark would call me to tell me he looked over everything. He never called. I am really frustrated because I was ripped off and had to take the car to get significant work at different shops throughout Brooklyn because Mark overlooked so many glaring errors. Bottom line: whether you have a beater or a Benz, do not take your car here. Unless you want to burn your money.
