We located the EXACT car we were looking for on the Yonkers Autoland lot (model, miles, age, condition, trim/premium package etc). We are from NJ and I was a bit hesitant to travel to Yonkers to look at it but it was an easy ride and pleasant experience. From the moment we made first contact with their coordinator Rachelle, through our contact with the Sales Rep, it was smooth sailing. We paid cash and they did not upsell thousands of dollars to the price. They had a lot of nice/upscale cars on the lot, not old/beat up cars. They have a one bay detail and mechanic garage area on the lot so they serviced it before we drove it away. On the way home, no issues... car is rock solid and in fantastic condition! Don't do business with please! ****Second update the attorney general states that this business is unwilling to work me . They can't do anything about it because they have not had a large number of complaints. So I would encourage anyone that has had a bad dealing with them to please contact the attorney general's office. They have advised me to explore takes g them to court . ****Update:Please note the only reason this company only responded to this review because I contacted the NY state attorney general. My original post was 1 month ago an owner responded 5 days ago hummm I wonder why? They said no record of my daughter's sale to attorney generals office. Really ok you can't find her how about asking for more information ? Instead you said she doesn't exist yet you say you stated that buyer is well informed. How can it be that she doesn't exist and she was informed. So which is it ?I am confused but the double talk. My name is clearly stated on my complaint and on my google review. Again they took advantage of kids one never graduated high school and the other just graduated. They also stated take it up with finance company about the rate. Again the company is whom they got for the kids. Also I saw a review that they would not sell a car for cash because they would not make any money on it. Typically according to my research the kickback to the dealer is 1-2% of the loan based on the interest rate. If I could give them a negative number I would. They sold my daughter a car at a rate of 25%. The kid asked what's an interest rate mean ? They said oh you just pay 25% more. They used some shady place called westlake financial which is an another mess with their crazy practice. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing that they took advantage of young kids. Especially Alba Perletta the sales person. PS I only found out about this after my child was drowning in debt and almost ruining herself over this car. I would have never allowed it. They made it easy and appear that she was getting a good deal. All I can say is there is a special place in hell for people and businesses like this. Notice they have not responded! Also I saw the other review that a guy couldn't buy a car for cash because they wouldn't make money. Wow they are in bed with this shady financial place Westlake that charges 25% interest. Someone needs to shut them down. I will keep updating this review so it stays at the top of reviews. Ps it took months to answer back! You sneaky thief. These people are straight up scam artists! I purchased a Mercedes C-300 from them last January. The car made a vibration sound when starting it up and was told that it's because it is cold, and sitting parked for a while. Ok? So I take it for a quick test drive. Everything seemed ok had nice pickup and was clean in and out. But 8 weeks later weather is warmer and car is vibrating like crazy, low idling and I'm hearing chirping sounds coming from the belts. I take it to Mercedes because when I called Jean Carlos he tells me that I got a warranty and nothing he can do. Every used car dealership has 90 days to repair vehicles but there dipshit liars and scam artists don't want to do shit or stand behind the vehicles they sell. Turns out that the motor mounts, 3 tensioner pulleys and CV boot need replacing. Cost? $4,000!! And the warranty refused to cover any of it!! I contacted the District Attorney of NY and her office responded by saying they are putting in an investigation. Also contacted Consumer affairs and the BBB. Oh yeah, turns out that it was in a front end collision which was never disclosed! Bunch of crooks and scam artists.
