They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. If a freight is damaged, destroyed or lost, its suddenly "not their problem" and cant help you but you still need to pay for shipping or they cancel your account and there is never a refund, ever.
