I've already been waiting quite a while for this, which makes the no-call/no-show twice even more frustrating. At this point, I've had to follow up myself just to get answers, which shouldn't be the customer's responsibility. I've requested a confirmed reschedule date, but the lack of urgency on their end is concerning. I would prefer not to escalate this issue to the contractor , but I absolutely will if this continues to be a problem. Honestly, if installation is too much to handle, they could at least deliver the door to my front porch. The bare minimum would be communication and accountability--both of which are clearly lacking here. Would not recommend based on this experience.
