I just had to pick up a replacement piece of glass for a curio-type cabinet for the company I work for. One company told me it would be a 4-day turnaround. I just purchased a glass table top from this company, after calling or visiting several other glass businesses that I found on Yelp. I am so glad I went with T & D. They quoted me a price of $86.13 for a 36" x 48" sheet of glass, 1/4" thick, with pencil-polished edges - much less than what their competitors quoted me. The location (on Fruitridge) is not close to where I live, so I asked if I could order over the phone with my Mastercard. No problem - and it saved me a lot of driving time. The order was ready the next day! And the owner even called me to tell me I could come and pick it up. The workmanship on the table top was excellent quality, exactly what I was hoping for. He even helped me to load it into my small car, and gave me some free "desk buttons" as well (these are the little plastic disks that you put between the table and the glass). Awesome customer service. A friend recommended this place to me because I have a wooden dining table and I was looking for a glass table top to protect it. I called one day and it was just a little bit after they already closed. I was expecting to leave a message and get a call back. Surprisingly, they actually answered the phone and took all of my information, asked to see pictures of the table (I sent it while I was on the phone), they gave me a quote, and told me they could have it done in a couple days! I really appreciated their service, especially since it was after hours. The next day I called again to set up a time to pick up the glass, and also have them process my order. They asked for my credit card information, and he could tell I was hesitant to provide that over the phone. They told me not to worry and that I can just pay for it when I come pick it up!
