The original guy that Juan sent out did a terrible job and didn't cover anything and the entire room and outside was packed with sand-dust! He also suggested we put a sealer (and gave us options) on top in order to make it last longer. We had one side of the house with light mold (the side that has no sun exposure), and he took the effort to take pictures, eliminate all other possible root causes, research the products and maintenance to make the new paint last as much as possible.
