I've known this guys quite a while they make mistakes but, they'll do their best to fix it right. The employees are polite and friendly. They did my tint, sides steps, fog light and HID lights too. They just installed a remote starter for me, and gave me a good price. The owner himself spoke with me on the phone twice about what questions to ask when I called around, and that whether or not I chose his business, to be sure of a few facts before I made a final decision. He was very kind. I dropped one star for two reasons: 1.) The website is unclear about which remote starters are what price. I thought it was clear until they came out with my finished vehicle and they'd installed what I thought was a more expensive model. They said no, the one I though they were installing is actually MORE expensive. Odd. 2.) As my husband and I waited in the teeny, tiny lobby, several people came in and out of the garage to chit chat, thus, slowing down the installation process. The woman had even told me, "We'll get it done in about 3 hours, maybe less, barring interruptions." Then, when my husband stepped outside to brush some crumbs off his jacket that he didn't want to litter the lobby with, the woman came out and said, "Just so you know, the sign says there that any time you open the door, we have to stop what we're doing to check and see if a new customer has arrived. That slows down installation." I was bit taken aback and she scurried back into the garage before I could say something smart. After all of that, however, she was very helpful in showing us how to use the starter, and was very patient with us using two different cards to pay for it. read more

i went to the store to get an estimate /quote for a reading light installation. the owner/installer told me he will call back to check on availability of the lights . I never heard anything from him or a call/ will not recommend to friends. ;-( read more

One of His HID lights stopped working, I get it stuff happens. But he gave me an appointment time twice when he was not in his shop. It's rude, unprofessional and childish. stay away from this business. don't waste your hard earned money go somewhere else read more

It took the store until 7pm to finish my windows, because they didn't start until after 5pm. I had an appointment at 1pm on a Saturday and dropped my car off long before 1230pm. It sat for over four hours doing nothing before they started getting the windows tinted. If you are on a time crunch then I suggest going to another business, but if you have hours to waste regardless of an appointment then feel free to use their business. Once I got there they weren't finished with my car, but stood around for almost 30 minutes talking and spending time with their friends. Very unprofessional to someone they made wait for 6 hours after an appointment, after telling them it would be done no later than 330pm. read more

These guys are awesome! They took very good care of me! For more than a fair price in my book. I am very pleased with the job that they did because I know my little truck had some issues but they worked it out and now my system is the best I've ever had in any one of my cars thanks to these guys!! Charged me about 100 bucks to connect one wire, and they left my dash torn apart, and damaged my door. then tell me I needed to spend over 200 to bypass factory amp for it to work .5 mins of research I was able to fix myself. No amp bypass. I spent over 2000 on rims and tires, they said 2-3 weeks tops to get here. At 4 weeks I started asking for my money back. They dodged me by phone, literally had to show up in person to speak w anyone. At 5 1/2 weeks they tell me that they won't give me full refund, they will keep 30% if I refund. (Still no tires/rims). At 6 weeks they send me a list of alternatives if I want it to get here faster. And try to upsell me bigger rims for an extra near thousand dollars. (22" instead of the 20" I ordered ) . So they can order me different rims, but they can't give me a full refund. You draw your own conclusion. I feel like I've been robbed. It's been longer then twice the delivery time they gave me, and they won't give me a full refund. Still no tires and rims. I strongly suggest steering clear of these criminals read more

I guess you get what you pay for. We had our windows tinted over a month ago. The tint was cut short on most windows and did not fill in as we were told. There are several air bubbles and dirt particles under the tint. When the tinting was done water was poured down the inside walls of the vehicle staining the cloth liner in several places. Supposedly there is a lifetime warranty for this tint job but I cannot see a reasonable fix short of removing it and redoing it. The attitude before and after our tint job was so abrasive and cocky I'm not interested in dealing with this person again on any level. Another shop in town quoted us $200 more for the same job and now I know why. read more

I would give this company 0 stars but it won't let me. They put my bf and I through hell. He went there to get his lights changed around October 2017, his new lights are installed but There were too many complications that we had since the start, the lights were not installed properly they would turn on and off whenever they wanted to. The owner told us that there was lifetime warranty but when they realized they just couldn't do the job they said there was no warranty it is now April 2018, yet the lights are still not fixed they don't work and they keep saying they will call us back when they have the parts. We gave up on calling them, they never have the parts in, or they send us to voicemail or they say they will call us back. They should've of never said they could do the job if they couldn't. We are now thinking of getting a lawyer involved because he wasted so much time and money and they won't give us a refund. Never take your car here, go to clear car armor even if it's a hundred dollars more. read more

I got my window tint done today after wanting it for five years. So happy I went here! I contacted them yesterday about setting something up and they worked with me to get it done today. I dropped my car off in the morning like they said and got it back at the end of the day. The work done was superb. I got 15% tint over my two front bare windows and my already stock 28% back ones. I was unsure at first about which tint to go with and they walked me through which tint would be better for what I want and had some great examples. The girl there even walked through a parking lot with me telling what percentage tint other people had so that I could get a good understanding of what I wanted. I couldn't be happier ! I got there a little early to pick up my cat and the owner let me sit in the back of the shop and watch rather than sit alone in the waiting room. It was a great setting, other workers came to check in with the owner (who was the one tinting my car) and it was a very fun atmosphere. He let me look around my car to look for spots I thought needed to be fixed and out of five windows I only found one spot. He fixed it perfectly right on the spot. I've waited five years and 2nd to None totally made it worth it. read more

Got a car starter from them last Christmas and it has never worked right. When you press the start button the car starts, shuts down, starts, shuts down, starts, shuts down 3 or more times in a row until it starts (or doesn't). I've called twice about the problem the first time right after we got it and the person on the phone was so rude I never went in. Finally this year I called again because I was having another problem, the owner was more or less polite, but insisted I come in and drop it off at 9am and then leave it he also insisted that I have the receipt to prove I paid for trunk lock/unlock and I can't find it. I feel intimidated and haven't taken it in. Now it doesn't work at all... The price was no higher or lower than other places I checked so I would recommend finding someone else. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your time!!! Had them install HID headlights and fogs and has issues with them almost immediately. After several attempts at them fixing it I gave up and went to another shop who showed me the awful wiring job they had done. I had to spend even more money to have it fixed. Go somewhere else and have it done right the first time!!! read more
