Amazing high-quality service with knowledgeable and efficient staff! I got my windshield replaced on my Subaru that has special fancy cameras etc so it has to be done just right! I was able to get in for an appointment next-day and it took just as long as they said it would! Offered a discount on future small cracks which I just took advantage of!again got in for a next day appointment and the crack was sealed up in under 10 minutes ! Unbelievable! read more

Have used Speedy for many years for windshield replacement , decided to give Denali a try after reading good reviews / asked for quote via email/ quick response/ good price. Made appt/ got text reminder of appt morn of ( like that ) got there on time - vehicle was brought right in- had been quoted 1 hour - got text 1hour and 2 minutes later that it was done. I am always happy with my experience at Denali Auto Glass. They have replaced two of my windshields and have repaired numerous chips. A couple of days ago I got a windshield chip driving into Anchorage from Girdwood on the Seward Hwy. I took a chance and just showed up, as I had a few minutes to spare before an appointment I was headed to. They squeezed me in and repaired the chip excellently for $30. I sent my wife in to get the windshield replaced in our daughter's jeep. This business is operated by the owner of the business and his wife. When my wife paid the bill, she was present with the machine that said tip 15%/20%/25% with no obvious way to skip around. Feeling uncomfortable, she felt forced to select something to finish the transaction. What a con. The owner sets the price for the service provided which includes all over head and profit. What this business is doing is to work around to gain additional profit above their competitors while telling the would be customer that they are getting cheaper pricing. It wasn't like they washed the vehicle after installing the new windshield or cleaned the inside or provided any additional service other than windshield replacement you should not have to tip on the quoted price of the job in this instance. So instead of being 275.00 it landed up being 317.00 . I will not ever send anyone to this business for such underhanded practices and I hope anyone reading this review will go somewhere else. State your price and stick to it. If your stated price is not making you a profit, then raise your price. Tom B read more

I am super happy with and impressed by the service I received at Denali Auto Glass! My husband and I are originally from Kodiak and are not really used to living in a place where your windshield becomes little more than a bullet proof vest in the winter... that said one of our vehicles currently has a spider web of cracks resulting from rock chips we ignored... shame on us. When our new vehicle got its first rock chip, I called Denali at the recommendation of my Mother in Law. They had me scheduled in for an appointment within 48 hours! Awesome! Then... they told me the estimated wait time would be 30-40 minutes... I was out in less than 20! BUT WAIT, THERES MORE! My rock chip repair was even less than initially quoted because of the referral by my MIL. Needless to say... these folks go above and beyond in taking care if their customers, even if its your first time visiting them. Their location can be hard to find, but I promise you.... it is worth it! read more

Have done business 3 times in the last year with them. Great customer service, they really care about their clients here. Had 2 windshields tinted before being installed and the quality of tint was great. One of them 70% tint and the other 50% tint . The tint greatly reduced glare from Incoming headlights. 10/10 would replace again with these guys. read more

I got a pretty large chip in my windshield thanks to the ginormous Suburban in front of me on the way to Girdwood. I've always had my chips filled at Safelite. But I dislike having to call the 1 800 number to make an appointment. And it's usually around $80. I've been trying to shop more locally, and thought I'd take a chance on a locally owned glass place. What's the worst that could happen, right? Lucky for me, they were great! I was able to get in almost immediately (with-in the hour), it was pretty centrally located and the cost? Get this - only $45!!! I'd definitely recommend it for all your Alaska-roads-are-hard-af-on-your-vehicle chip repairs and even if you needed a windshield replacement. I'm sure I'll be visiting them again before breakup. read more

Honest and professional at a great price! I was getting water inside the cab of my truck. Was told by Continental Nissan that my windshield was leaking so after calling around and finding these guys had the best price I scheduled my appointment. After getting there, they quickly discovered that my windshield seal was perfectly fine, they investigated further to find my 3rd brake light/cargo light was the culprit, put in a new seal for me and sent me on my way. If you have an Acura MDX, DO NOT use Denali Auto Glass to replace your windshield. They know absolutely nothing about properly calibrating the camera on the windshield that is necessary for lane assistance. They replaced my MDX windshield with a windshield from China. Continental Acura recommended Denali Auto Glass b/c the dealership does not 'do' windshields. Denali's service guy said the reason the lane assist did not work after he replaced the windshield was b/c I shut off the function "with your knee." Seriously, he said that. He did not even know the function is turned on/off from the steering wheel. After Denali Auto Glass replaced the windshield, the car would drift hard into oncoming lanes of traffic. They were not able to correct the problem. When I called Acura in California, they recommended ONLY using an OEM windshield, and if you do some research online you will quickly discover this to be a common problem among Acura MDX owners with the Tech package. You have been warned. DON'T use Denali Auto Glass to replace your Acura windshield. read more

I called about windshield replacement expecting it to be something my aching wallet couldn't afford, but was pleasantly surprised to hear a very reasonable price. The lady I talked to was impressive with her knowledge and expertly answered all my questions. I brought it in the next day, they told me it would take an hour. I paid the quoted price and was out of there in 40 minutes. Super nice people, and they did an excellent job. Windshield looks great!
