A few months back I brought Sean a Prius,the condition that it was in was very modestly described as a filthy mess. Aside from the stains and mystery marks. The kicker was a lingering, pungent, and gassy smell whose origins I will leave to your imagination. I had not mentioned nor expected him to deal with the odor but afterwards I could not believe the state of the seats, dash, and steering wheel. This review is long overdue, because as we speak he had just finished my second job of a complete interior and exterior job done on my Crosstour. It was my first time with exterior work and did not expect much more than a slick coating. Instead, Sean decided to surprise me with my fogged up headlights being scoured pure, interior immaculately detailed, and he even refurbished the look under the hood as well (see images) aside from getting better / more than what you paid for, let's give a applause to Sean's care. Typically speaking, I'm not really one to write reviews but Sean and his team really deserve it. My much loved, well worn 2014 Ford C-Max has seen bouts of homelessness, long trips with dogs, spilled food, ceiling stains, piles of garbage, you name it. It was a HUGE undertaking but Sean and his team handled it perfectly. They dedicated as much time as it took to get the job done right, showed up right on time, and were friendly and personable the whole time. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. My car probably looks better than it did when I bought it, they got out stains I didn't even know were there! This review is long overdue. Sean and his team detailed my car a few months back and they did an amazing job! My car is 13 years old so the paint was definitely starting to look dull and shabby in certain areas. I did not want it to oxidize completely so decided a detail was in order. Not only did my paint end up looking amazing, like glass, but my interior looked amazing and one of the interesting things to me was how clear and clean my windows looked. I've had my car detailed in the past and of course have had it professionally washed but I've never seen my windows look so clear. It almost looked like there was no glass there at all so I asked Sean about it and he said that over all his years of doing what he does, he discovered a unique way to do windows that consistently results in that. Sean and 2nd look detail started washing cars at my office buildings parking garage a while back. I had been using a service that came to my house and was great but they went out of business. I was hoping 2nd look would be as good as the service I used to use and boy was I impressed. They did a better job then the other service for the same cost. Their washes are like details because of their attention to detail. The details are even more impressive. And super convenient too. I have been using them for over 6 months now and my cars still look like new. They even did some touch up paint work that was cheaper but just as good if not better than what the dealers provide. I have referred several of my friends and co-workers as well and they have been super impressed as well. Highly recommend. Please do not take your car to those drive thru places as you are not doing yourself any favors and not getting your car cleaned the way it should no matter what car you drive. read more
