The pealing paint was exposed in several areas so should have been observed and noted in his report and was not. Also, we have 9 triple pain windows that are fogged and need to be replaced. The former owners kept the blinds down to obscure this issue. Its a lot of windows and will be very expensive to replace : ( The needed repairs may well cost $20,000 to $30,000 which is a lot plus the time to work with vendors to complete these needed repairs

I gave the report to my builder and a few weeks later we moved in. I had House on the Rock come back out for a follow up inspection and they had found some of the issues were not fixed!
