Update: Later that same day the manager contacted me and offered to fix my nail. I declined because it wasn't worth my time. Now 24 hours later I noticed more chips and an additional cut, totaling 3 cuts and 2 chips. Definitely not returning. I got the classic mani pedi. Service was ok, Wendy did my nails and 6 hours later it chipped. When she was removing my cuticles she wasn't even looking at what she was doing. I've been first in line, I've had appointments, it doesn't matter I've always had to wait 30 - 45 minutes they seem to always be short staffed and take clients out of order regardless of appointment. My first time I got a fresh full set and till this day, I have yet to break a nail and have only received fills. I have been to many other nail shops and have always broken/chipped a nail a few days after or had to get a new set every few months. For my pedicure I always chose Cindy or Vivi. All the staff here are very friendly and treat me like family. The owner is very sweet as well. Gave 3 stars because quality wouldn't have been HORRIBLE if they didn't mess up my one toe. I went in today for first time appointment and got a gel pedicure. Customer service was very poor in my opinion. I had 2 girls that kept switching off while painting my toes (with no explanation). One of the girls kept putting the light ON TOP of my toenail. I asked her if she could fix it where it was obviously scratched and dented. She pretended like it wasn't that bad And said it was already hardened. They were super rushed the whole time and it wasn't busy at all. I have no idea why they kept switching off technicians. Then I went to pay with a gift certificate and she asked if I could pay with cash because their system was down because of construction (understandable, but NO). I needed change for a $20 bill and she said she didn't have that much change (3:00 p.m.). Finally she got change from another technician, but after I made a huge ordeal about it. Just found out about this hidden gem, after my nail tech moved over to this nail spa (actually a great choice) the price are amazing compared to the service you really can't go wrong! Super clean and everything is nice and new with a touch of elegance. The spa chairs fit my long legs (most don't) and they use disposable liners . My girl MImi is a true artist with the SNS (dip nails) I always love her suggestions and look forward to my next appt. Today I chose a coffin shape with a mermaid feel. It's been a year since my first visit here and I'm as happy today as I was the first visit!!! Elena did my nails today and they are FANTASTIC!!! But honestly, I'm never disappointed no matter who does them. I just love this place! Even my husband goes every 2 weeks because he enjoys it. Here's my #1 advice for this shop...make an appointment! They are very popular because of the excellent work they do so wait times might be long if you are a walk-in. We make appointments every single time and even if we have to wait a bit because we have requested certain technicians, we are always seated to soak our feet before our pedicures. I waited for a few months before writing this review because I didn't want it to be true... TL;DR I gave them multiple chances, I ended up with nail fungus. I've been here multiple times, it is ridiculously close to my house and the pricing is ok since I only get basic pedicures. The last time I went (about 4 months ago) was a terrible experience overall. I was treated very rudely by the tech when he realized that I only wanted a pedicure with no gel. I get there's more money in acrylics, so I always try to tip well to make up for it. He was looking everywhere but at my feet while working and then about half way through a woman came in who I guess was his regular and she said she was waiting for him. He noticeably speeds up and painfully rushed the rest of the pedicure. The paint job was sloppy and chipped 2 days later, and I still had a callous, whatever, I'll live. Fast forward 1 week later when I'm taking off the already mangled polish...I notice a white line across my nail and it looks weird. The tech used the nail drill to take off REGULAR polish so I thought maybe the nail was just roughed up. I repaint them myself and a few weeks later when I take that polish off, my big toe and the 2 next to it definitely have fungus. FUNGUS. I take great care of me feet, I have had pedicures in many cities and many states for years and I have never not once had a toenail fungus. I can look past your terrible customer service and mediocre quality. But not this. Never again. And beware. read more

Worst pedicure ever. Guy did not clean around nails, did not do callus removal well, massaged with actual punches and jabs. He kept cleaning the nail polish on my toes with his long, uneven and dirty nails! When confronted, he argued and then said ok don't pay but the lady at the counter had a fit. She kept answering her phone and made me wait. Finally when she was off, she asked me what happened and when I would try to tell her she cut me off and not even let me explain and said ok ok. She told me I still got a pedicure so she could offer a measly 10%. She said next time just ask for someone else and failed to address the issue now. I never wanted a free pedicure, he offered that. My complaint was clearly not being heard. She then had the audacity to ask me for a tip! How tone deaf was she! I will never go back there. read more

I'm happy with my pedicure but not happy at all about my new set that cost me $50 , I think is ridiculous I told her I didn't wanted to long ,but I guess she decided to make them short ! I asked for almond shape and apparently she has no idea about because they look like my 8 years old can do a better job !!!! $31 for pedicure and $12 for adding gel I don't know if I can come back to this place ! Last week I had a gel fill and a pedicure done at the same time. I was seated right away and both employees began to work on my hands and feet. As soon as the nail tech started filing my nails she squeezed my fingers so hard I finally had to stop her and ask her to lighten the pressure. I was Friendly and tried to make light of it by telling her she needed to loosen The grip on my fingers because she is such a strong person. Unfortunately during the Entire fill I would have to stop her ask her to stop pinching my fingers. Finally she said they were ready to be painted and the shape of my nails were odd and not nice looking. I asked her to file them thinner and to make them less severely square. She ended up giving me pretty short oval nails that I'm going to live with until I get a fill somewhere else. Also I forgot mention she sanded my cuticles with her drill a couple if times and behaved as though this is normal. And while this was going on the tech doing my pedicure spent at 25 minutes attempting to remove my calluses with something that looks like a dish sponge. I calmly told her it wasn't working at all and she nodded her head but continued on with this method. I spoke up one more time but it was obvious she didn't understand what I was saying. In the end I was charged 90 bucks for both the fill and the pedicure. My calluses are still there and I'll go elsewhere to get them taken care of. Overall I was super unhappy with the quality of their work. Both women seemed so incompetent and untrained. They were not mean to me in general but they acted like I was the one with the problem. After I paid and left the shop I vowed never to return there. I should have looked at Yelp reviews before I went there which I will do when I get my hands and feet redone at another salon. I used this salon a year and a half ago and had no complaints at that time but obviously something has changed in the quality and competence of their work. read more

Walked in at 1:20 walked out 3:40... first of all I've never minded paying for a job well done. The pictures provided from my visit is not worth $115. I wanted glitter/sparkly nails and I got patches of glitter on almost all my nails after I pointed out the defects she wanted make it right , after pretty much telling me that that's what I asked for. She did polished them all over again but without asking me first, nail tech did a bottom coat of silver which is not what I wanted. Polish was still terrible and my thumb nail is lopsided! (I noticed this in my car!) In the meantime my feet were getting done during this whole ordeal... she was struggling to take my gel polish that was originally on!It took her 45 minutes to take it completely off why, idk! Nail tech finished removing and re-polishing and my feet were not even polished yet! MAJOR language barrier, as she was doing my feet she was tapping me throughout my visit wanting confirmation before putting on the nail polish and as I said "no, wrong color" she kept shaking her head yes! (I wanted the same glitter/sparkly color as I did on my hands) I got frustrated and was mute for my entire visit. I didn't get to enjoy my massage. To the owners of 2Q Nails, this is a terrible reflection of your business! Which is why I shall NEVER return. When people ask me where to get their nails done BE ASSURED THEY WILL KNOW WHERE NOT TO GO!! This place was not worth the money or time! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! This was my first experience at this salon and I'm so glad I came and will return. My husband had been here for a pedicure and brought our 4 year old for pedicures here because they have kids chairs and services. Which I think is a huge selling point for us. I needed to get a pedicure and a full set for an upcoming wedding. I was nervous about trying a new place. My recent 3 experiences were poor at other locations. I had one place not smooth out the acrylic and had lumps in it. Another place my nails were painted haphazardly. And third another place had flaws throughout my nails. This experience has turned me around and I'm very pleased. The salon itself is larger than it looks from the facade. It's beautiful and spacious inside. It is also very clean! They have a kids area with 4 chairs and my kids loved that they were able to be pampered. My husband and I were at two chairs in the back right next to them so I didn't have to be worried about being too far away. As for the services themselves, it was nice to have the technicians working on me first since I needed both a full set and a pedicure. My nails are a great shape and look very well done. My toes also look great! We all walked out with a pedicure, my daughter also got a manicure, and I had a full set. Our total was reasonable (130 I believe) considering my husband and I each upgraded our pedicures. The only reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that first, the wait was a bit long. They seated us in our chairs and we sat for about 20 minutes waiting for technicians. And while if it were just my husband and I that wouldn't have been so bad, but with a 4 and 6 years old it started to get a bit dicey as their patience ran low. Second, while we waited, the water in our foot baths was not warm. It was just a notch above cold. And third, the hot towel that we got with our pedicure was rather short. The tech places it on my legs, applied pressure for about 1 minute, and that was that. It felt wonderful while it lasted, but it felt pretty rushed.
