There was some confusion with scheduling and getting a callback--but due to covid, so I can overlook that. I read the reviews, and checked out the IG, and knew I didn't want to go anywhere else. When I finally was able to reach someone, Yason apologized for the miscommunications (very, very professional).Then they threw in a complimentary coating for my inconvenience. Both brothers are articulate and professional, which honestly is hard to find nowadays, with this younger generation full of grunts, and no communication skills (blame the cell phones!). Some businesses get annoyed with all your questions and just rush you out--well not at Limitless. I had many questions bc I am no car expert. Everything was answered. Tali also took time to point out some issues that I needed to address with my car. He later emailed me a personal thank you. What businesses do that anymore? He also provided links for some accessories my car needed. Sold! More plus points! He did not have to do that, could have completed the detail and sent me on my way, however, that is how you retain customers--by going above and beyond and doing the "extras." I am a self-professed, "service-snob!" While their service, and people skills are top notch, their detailing is what will keep me coming back. My car is over ten yrs old and they shined, buffed out where someone keyed my var, cleaned, vacuumed, steamed, you name it, even the rubber on my wheels was glossy! The leather was even made more supple bc of whatever they conditioned it with. My car didn't even look this good when I purchased it from the dealer. Y para las mujeres!!! You know how some car businesses can treat women like they are dumb, or don't know anything (for example, my mechanic)? That's a review for another day. Well, I did not feel that way at Limitless. I didn't get the feeling like Tali was just rushing or making things up, or being dishonest. Super great experience with the Full VIP Package! I wanted my 16 year old car to look super clean for a private sale, and the results of the Full VIP Package were exactly what I was hoping for. My car looks great, and all those pesky crumbs, dust and grime are completely gone, even on the door trim. Everything inside and out looks super awesome. Tali and his business partner were really professional and friendly, and great to work with, so that feels good too. I will definitely be bringing other vehicles to this business in the future. Went in for a VIP detailing on my mothers 2015 Chevy Cruze and when tell you it went in with all types of stains, crumbs, spills and for it to come out looking like a brand NEW car, I was speechless and it smelled fabulous. Tali spent a total of 6 hours on the car from beginning to end with no breaks. (Greatly appreciated) He got every nook and cranny, made sure to go over the seats multiple times till it was spotless. Honestly I don't know much about cars and what entails in detailing but they were very informative and professional. There are many places you go to where you may worry you're just getting milked for things you don't particularly need, BUT NOT HERE! I dropped off my car and he gave me an estimated time that it would be ready. To my surprise they texted me a lot sooner than I expected (about two hours later) that my car would be ready in about 30mins. An even bigger surprise was the thoroughness and the attention to detail to my car i immediately noticed upon arrival. My 5 year old car looked like it just rolled off the lot. These guys are great!! 2 brothers that started a local company. Love to support local entrepreneurs. Very thorough and use amazing quality materials. I used to pay a little more at mr car wash and that was ok until I realized what true care looks like. These guys are great because they love what they do. It's not an assembly line. Taly was amazing on the interior. I had dirt in places that never got cleaned even when I paid top dollar at other wash places. When I say these guys take their time to do a very well and thorough clean, they do. You always get what you pay for and this is no different.
