It was my started motor and it was a little costly but my car is older and after all these years things do give out. Chuck called me the next day gave me my estimate and had it fixed hours later and brought it to me since I have health issues and no way to pick it up. He went out of his way and was nice and very friendly. My only problem with the whole situation is he did not wear his mask for the virus. I do not think people realize if something happened to them loved ones would suffer forever because people do not think they will be the one getting it. I went to three different places who all told me they could hear the noises but when they look under it and remove my tires there was nothing wrong and they would send me away. The sound was only getting worse and my anxiety levels were going through the roof because I rely on my car for everything! The day after Thanksgiving I knew I was going to have to make a 60 mile drive but I was shaking in my boots about the noise it was making. Through the carmax repair pal website I searched for someone I could take my car to that day and several places that said they were open were actually closed! It wasn't until my 5th call that I found Fox tires and they told me to come in right away. They were nothing but kind and courteous and despite my frantic ramblings and blubbering sobs they understood me and went above and beyond to find out what was wrong and THEY FOUND IT! Three different places didn't find anything but they heard the noise, this is the only place that actually did something and at such a reasonable price. If you are reading this I would vouch for this place ten times over and if I have any future issues I will be coming back for sure, they took a great weight off my shoulders while at the same time providing service excellence to be envied by any other auto place.
