This place is the reason a ZERO star review should be available. After verifying part availability and price several days in advance, and again on the morning I was on my way there, I drove 40 minutes to pick up the parts. I was told to "have a seat, he will go get the parts" when I arrived. I told them they should be ready, I arranged this days in advance, but they didn't have the parts or didn't have them ready. I waited for 15 minutes before I had to leave (without the parts) and drive ANOTHER 40 minutes back to work. So I wasted an hour and a half of my day and a lot of gas for nothing. They told me I could pay them first and they would ship me the parts (without inspecting them, they were interior pieces that needed to be in good shape). Absolutely not. This was my first time doing business with them, and it's also my last. They lost any trust I would have given by wasting my time and money. Terrible service - avoid. read more

Updated for 07/2019: They're still frauds. Take you're business elsewhere BEWARE!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!! THE OWNERS MAHMOOD AND KHALED WILL TRY THEIR BEST TO RIP YOU OFF OF EVERY PENNY!! THEY DO NOT DO GOOD WORK ON YOUR CAR AND WON'T LIVE UP TO THEIR WARRANTY!! I went in to fix my transmission for my BMW at this place. They gave me a warranty for 12,000 miles or 1 year. The transmission was ruined in less than a month. When I took back my car there to get it fixed they said it wasn't from the transmission it was something else. We took it to another mechanic and he said it was the transmission. We took it back to him and he told us he will fix it. Once we went back to pick up the car he wanted us to sign a paper to void the warranty and declare that we refuse to use it again although the 12,000 miles nor the 1 year have been met. Needless to say we called the cops and are currently pursuing him in court. When we called the cops for him to release our vehicle he went in the back and forged papers that there are more payments we didn't pay so he doesn't have to release it. Worst place to ever go to. I find it very rare to receive good customer service. However, today not only did I receive excellent customer service at Brothers Auto Parts LLC in Willis MI, but they were able to provide all the parts that I needed and at excellent prices. While I was waiting I observed the staff and their emphasis was on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this place for all the auto parts you might need.
