With their advice and excellent service, we were able to get our car fixed - which turned out to be a much better outcome. I got the back right corner of my car crunched up kind of bad, and drove it to this place. A few days later, as good as new, paint perfectly matched, and the whole thing shiny. It was a day later than originally promised -- because their supplier only delivered one of the two necessary parts -- so they gave me a rental car at their own expense when I told them I needed a way to get around. Also they gave me a ride home the first day. This is the kind of business that I hope I will never need in the future, but if I do I will be glad to get their help again. One slight negative is that they were unable to turn my VW Jetta into a Porsche 911 like I asked them to, but I did not feel that I could in all fairness deduct a star for that. Not sure what happened with the other persons 1 star review, but my experiences have been quite the opposite. My vehicles have always been completed fairly quickly & more importantly, the work has been done right. They have even made allowed me to pickup my vehicle after hours & trusted me to leave my deductible payment in the key drop. How many businesses still do that? Manchester collision has my business for life. I've also used their heavy truck towing service when I was a supervisor at local truck repair facility. I could always call them, give them the truck info, and I could consider it done. Great service in my opinion. read more

Great service from the collision shop to repair my vehicle after I had damaged it by hitting a pole in a parking lot. Only used OEM parts to fix, no cheap after market. Paint and repair was flawless. All gaps between moving parts, hood, fender, door, etc... were all aligned and even. Not the easiest or closest collision shop to get to but worth the drive. Honest and up front about repair charges and handled all insurance communication. read more

This Collision shop provided me with the worst customer service I've ever experienced in dealing with a body shop repair need. I brought my vehicle to be repaired here and I was given an estimate. After they had my truck for a couple of hours, the guy calls be back and tells me he needs 25% more to do the job. It was all exterior body work and the reason he gave for not providing an accurate estimate was that the car was too dirty to tell what needed to be done when he looked at the first time. Then he refused to put his second estimate in writing. He wasted an entire day of my time in getting the car repaired. The owner was highly rude and unprofessional and refused to complete the job when I did not agree to his higher price demand. His practice was a text book bait and switch approach to getting people in the door. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Run! read more

The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They towed my vehicle from an accident with confirmation repairs would begin within the next few days. Ten days later they had not even assessed the damage- citing they were very busy and had to take the cars in the order received. When I complained I could've taken the car ANYWHERE else, and was arranging rides etc they promised a loaner vehicle if my car wasn't completed by day fourteen. Well day 14 came and it obviously wasn't complete, yet when I pressed about a loaner vehicle, as promised, they said they didn't have one available. The female was extraordinarily rude and got defensive when I Questioned the business', and her personal, integrity. I decided to have my vehicle towed to another repair shop but when the shop called Manchester towing to make arrangements, Manchester had conveniently taken my car apart so it was unable to be transported to any other shop. They then proceeded to "punish" me by sitting on my repair, doing absolutely no work for the next eight days. I finally received my vehicle FORTY one days after the initial accident date. The blatant lies, lack of professionalism, and shoddy workmanship would earn this shop ZERO stars if it were an option. read more
