First, the owner himself was sent to the wrong address with an incorrect job description by All State Roadside service. He was calm and jovial anyway. Calling me, he got to the place needed, but didn't have the equipment needed )based on All states description what was needed). He checked it out, went back for a different truck AND found a tire for the camper by searching his yard. (I couldn't find anything open). He changed the tire, hauled it home, parked it just how we wanted and kept on smiling four hours later. I still have the tire. I will now ALWAYS call them if I'm near by. I hear he just bought this company- I hope he stays friendly- even after years of crabby jerks on the side of the road.

If you need some brakes or a tire put on this is your spot. They also offer towing services at a reduced rates so that works also. I've come here and had my radiator replaced several tires replaced and just now the other day I needed some breaks rotors and calipers. I do think that they were cheaper a few years ago but now they're kind of online with a lot of other places but not like Midas or such. Sam is very friendly and responsive. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. I found Bargain Towing online and they were a pleasant God send from start to finish. Sam was very communicative on the phone and gave the best quote in comparison to the other 5 companies I called. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident. Hoping our paths do not need to cross again, lol, but if they do I have their number saved in my phone because they were a ray of sunshine after a gloomy moment. i'm giving Chuck one star because at least he was able to get my vehicle in to have a look…read more Unfortunately, after leaving my truck with him all day and going a day without working so that he could repair my truck, Chuck told me at the end of the day, when I came to pick up my truck, that he could do the exhaust repair work my truck needed. I had thought that's what he had my truck all day to do. Instead, he just replaced a couple of headlight bulbs and charged me 300 bucks. I highly recommend Phil's Total Care in Clinton.
