We ordered our blinds in June and were told our blinds would be installed within 4 weeks. The man who came to take measurements told me that another technician would be out to re measure for accuracy. Over three months passed before my blinds were in. Even after two separate men measured my custom window it was wrong. Today they brought and installed the new and accurately measure blind and this is what I got. I spent several thousand dollars on motorized blinds for 4 windows. 5 minutes after first install one fell and installer refused to return. 3 day made an new blind and same install company came to replace and hung it crooked. I called 3 day again and they had their install company Rayline reschedule to fix. They never showed up. This is service you can expect. Their warranties mean nothing if they can't even install correctly and honor that. read more

We submitted a large order for blinds in Feb 2022. In late June, after 4 months of waiting, half of our blinds were finally installed. On 9/14/22, after 7 months of waiting and waiting, I called them and discovered the other half of our order had been cancelled due to supply chain issues. I requested a refund and was told someone would email me ASAP to arrange a refund. A week later on 9/20/22 I still had not heard back, so I called again and requested a refund. Their customer service department is understaffed. Whenever you call there are 20-30 callers ahead of you, and it takes a long time to get someone on the phone. Still waiting on a refund. Will update this review pending the final outcome of my case. Update: on Sept 28, 2022 they gave us a refund for the part of our order that was cancelled. I asked for compensation for half of our order arriving 4 months after we placed the order, and they said no. I would strongly caution against doing business with this company. read more

We used 3 Day Blinds team now, once in Texas and now in Colorado. Seriously the best experience both times. It's about as simple as it gets. You call for an appointment, a super qualified person shows up with tons of samples measures exactly, provides quotes based on the options we chose. And although it's like a Kohl's sale there's also a discount to apply we're happy with it. Especially compared 2 other companies we called for quotes. One of those other companies wanted to charge for an appointment and wanted a certain quantity guarantee before they would come. Our experience here in Colorado was only different in the sense that it's most recent and fresh in our minds. We know our sales consultant by name. He helped us select the correct motorized shades and the right valance for our large windows. Being in the mountains we didn't want to hide or distract the incredible views and I know he did a great job. The products were completed on time and the installation was scheduled and installed as stated. The installer did an incredible super efficient job and programmed the WiFi hub and made for a super easy integration with Alexa and GoogleHome. When not in use you can barely notice they exits. We've had the shades for several months and recently order additional shades in locations where we originally thought we could live without. I'm so glad we found 3 Day Blinds and would use them again and highly recommend them read more

March 28 we had a mechanical simply sheer blind installed in our hallway from 3 day Blinds at a cost of $1266.99. That particular blind worked for just a few days before it failed, so we called their customer service line for help/repair. It took them appx 2 weeks to get over and access the issue and came to the conclusion that the blind was faulty and needed to be remade. So a month after the failure, they returned with a new mechanical blind. They installed this 2nd blind for it to work only a couple of days. It took again quite a while for them to determine that this 2nd blind was also a failure and needed AGAIN to remake it and install a new one. This third mechanical blind was installed July 27. It worked exactly 1 month and also failed. I contacted 3 day blinds this morning August 28, 2023 and stated that this one too has failed and would like them to come pick it up and refund our money ASAP for the original blind. How many times must this be remade and replaced before they just say "that's enough" and just refund the money! They refuse to do that saying it must be remade again under warranty and the new one installed. Each install takes appx 3 weeks before the installation! We will never be able to use this blind! They obviously have lost money on this transaction as well as a customer and it makes complete sense to just STOP-REFUND-MOVE ON. Anything you can do to help would be greatly appreciated. Update: I received a comment from 3 day blinds to provide info so they can have customer service contact me. There is no way to respond so I will respond here. I was on the phone with customer service and the motorized division for 2 1/2 hours yesterday just to end up so frustrated I was shaking. In no way will I talk with customer service again as they are inefficient and horrible in resolution. I will await for a "REAL" manager or executive to call me as they have my number after belittling me for 2 1/2 hours yesterday. read more

Not much to recommend. Set up an appointment with them, they sent me a text ahead of time, finally called me and I sat on hold for fourteen minutes due to "high call volume". So there's no point in making an appointment--they'll get to you when they get to you. I tried to reschedule so I didn't have to sit on hold and never heard back from them. read more

I would advise very strongly against doing business with 3 Day Blinds. We placed our order October 21st, and we still don't have our blinds. When I called today, they told me that our case manager would get back to us in 48 hours to advise us of the status. I will never consider them again. Horrible service. If there was a zero star rating that is what they would get. Spent $4000 on high end powered blinds. Guy came to install, many more than 3 days later, missing brackets. We wait another week, guy calls 10 minutes before end of appointment time, cant find the blinds. Call sales consultant, he says, after being in our house to measure and evaluate, that brackets wont work, need a "shelf", he still does not know where the blinds are. He hands us off to a customer support person. Guy never calls. We go back to sales consultant, he looks up our record, customer support person claims he called and we hung up. total lie. Sales consultant tells us he will have his manager call us and we have been assigned a new customer support person. No call from manager, no call from support person. We are now 3 weeks into a 3 day blinds hostage crisis and they are doing nothing to help us. Meanwhile, we have bedsheets tacked up to cover some very large windows so we dont bake to death. read more

I recently purchased Simply Sheer Shades from 3 Day Blinds. Stacey Sorensen was my design consultant and he helped me choose the shades that fit my home's aesthetic and my budget. The installer was prompt and did an excellent job of making sure the shades were set to my satisfaction before he left. I love my new shades and recommend Stacey and 3 Day Blinds! 1 tip, however. Unless you want to pay for a rush order, if you're wanting custom blinds it will take more than 3 days. So, plan for that. read more
