Went with the combo bid as the price was competitive with other companies and was also given a new homeowner discount. After four weeks the blinds were delivered and installed by Andrew. Andrew worked quickly and efficiently, was professional, and showed me how to install and uninstall the blinds as I am also getting new windows. Their customer service department is understaffed. Whenever you call there are 20-30 callers ahead of you, and it takes a long time to get someone on the phone. Still waiting on a refund. Will update this review pending the final outcome of my case. Update: on Sept 28, 2022 they gave us a refund for the part of our order that was cancelled. I asked for compensation for half of our order arriving 4 months after we placed the order, and they said no. I would strongly caution against doing business with this company.

Then after calling again she finally made a time to measure the 4 windows all the same size purchased from Home Depot. She could only come at an inconvenient time when I had to reschedule another appointment. She was 15 minutes late. She didn't call or apologize. She knew I had to leave and rushed to do the measurements. She was so disrespectful to me and my house. She broke a treasured handmade piece of pottery and got angry and blamed me for being a horrible person when I told her the value of the item. She refused to pay the value and as a non art professional told me the value of the item and paid half the value. She ran out the door blaming me for being a horrible person and said she was not doing the job.
