We ordered our blinds in June and were told our blinds would be installed within 4 weeks. Even after two separate men measured my custom window it was wrong. Today they brought and installed the new and accurately measure blind and this is what I got. This was after rescheduling becuase the installer was yet again sick. Do better three day blinds, what even is this??!

I called 3 day again and they had their install company Rayline reschedule to fix. They never showed up. This is service you can expect. Their warranties mean nothing if they can't even install correctly and honor that.

He was extremely communicative throughout the whole patient with us while we decided what colors we wanted to do. Installation went quickly and he was able to fit us in within a few days of our order arriving.
