She could only come at an inconvenient time when I had to reschedule another appointment. She was 15 minutes late. She didn't call or apologize. She knew I had to leave and rushed to do the measurements. She was so disrespectful to me and my house. She broke a treasured handmade piece of pottery and got angry and blamed me for being a horrible person when I told her the value of the item. She refused to pay the value and as a non art professional told me the value of the item and paid half the value. She ran out the door blaming me for being a horrible person and said she was not doing the job.

Their customer service department is understaffed. Whenever you call there are 20-30 callers ahead of you, and it takes a long time to get someone on the phone. Still waiting on a refund. Will update this review pending the final outcome of my case. Update: on Sept 28, 2022 they gave us a refund for the part of our order that was cancelled. I asked for compensation for half of our order arriving 4 months after we placed the order, and they said no. I would strongly caution against doing business with this company.
