I am so pleased with Budget Blinds. We had a no pressure consolation where I was able to select exactly what I wanted for my home. The new blinds make the house look so much better. We ordered a wood arch for an arch window we had in the living room and it has changed the whole look of the room. I couldn't be happier! It is so wonderful to have some good old fashioned Customer Service. After picking out our drapes and shades, we had some alterations made to get the drapes to hang right and have everything like we envisioned. From our consultant Kelly to the installers Karl and Matt and last but certainly not Least Todd and Joel. They did have to reorder and reinstall a few times but never did I hear a complaint or EXTRA charge. I mean you can go anywhere and pick out window treatments but to have that kind of Customer service is rare. We recommend them over some of the BIG companies any time. read more

We recently moved and used Budget Blinds of Windsor. The salesperson who came to our home was very knowledgeable and took time to measure and help us to decide on the best window coverings for our needs. The installer was friendly and a skilled contractor who had worked in construction and had worked for Budget Blinds for several years. He knew what he was doing. Joel Walters was great! He came exactly on time, was very efficient and patient with our choices. He measured all the windows, sometimes twice and had a laser mechanism for the top clerestory windows. He suggested wiring options and helped us choose the most efficient style. Thumbs up for Joel - he is experienced, very professional, patient and efficient. BTW - he was even kind to our dog who was always in the way. The person who worked with us was very helpful when it came to deciding what blinds would work for us best based on how much sun we get and the color of our furniture. He installed temporary blinds which was absolutely great considering we had just moved in and our bedroom pointed East and we had been waking with the sun the previous two mornings!
