He was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, upon getting ready for bed that same night, I had noticed a 1" scrape on my bedroom nightstand, right below one of the windows he was measuring. As my furniture is in near-perfect condition, I know that scrape was not there beforehand and no one else had been in that bedroom. The fact that the representative did not mention he marred my furniture, removing a layer of the stain and coating, led me to believe that he is not an honest retailer and I chose to give my business to another vendor. The estimate for repair was over $100. As such, I would not recommend this vendor.

We placed the order and 3 weeks later Chris was installing the shades. After the installation Chris put everything on the Bliss app, he tested all and then gave us the tutorial. Everything worked perfectly. One month later one shade dropped off the app( probably due to a WiFi issue). I texted Chris after hours and he was out the next morning to add this shade.
